ZERO STARS. .Wow can't get anyone on the phone at this location. 1st time calling, I was asked if I could hold a minute, I said absolutely. I held the phone for 5 minutes 37 seconds & decided that was enough. So hung up & called again, this time a chick answered & didn't even give me any opportunity to speak, as soon as she answered the phone, she immediately said Please hold & then silence.. I held on for 2 minutes, no one picked up. So I hung up again & called a 3rd time ..this time no answer at all..I counted 31 rings on my side. In disguist I just gave up & called AutoZone. My question was simple, I had a Dorman part number & all I wanted to find out from O'Reilly's was the availability because if they had it, I was going to buy it, But O'Reilly's Gautier NEVER GAVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK OR ASK..how do you stay in business??
Best O’Reillys I’ve been too in a long time!!! Lately been having trouble with many of the o’reillys I’ve been going to messing up orders but not here they were very knowledgeable and sharp! Trinity helped me out and was able to find everything I need quickly and it was right good job yall
Very polite and helpful staff. Helped me find everything I needed and carry things to the car. Also replaced my windshield wipers. Great customer service, organized, conveniently right off the highway.
Corey was extremely helpful. I'm an oriellys employee at another store. Came through his city in Gautier MS and he helped me tremendously today get my car back on the road again safely.
I use this store quite frequently…at least 3 times a week and i used to be very happy with the service at this location. (Gautier, MS) The staff that was there months ago was an awesome group! They always went the extra mile to make sure you (the customer) was always satisfied! They were friendly when you entered the store and even when they were busy they never tried to make you feel rushed and they always gave you good advice and never gave up until they found a solution to your problem! Also if you had a problem and really needed parts around closing time they never turned you down and was always willing to wait for you if you was 5 or 10 minutes away after closing time!! I have been very disappointed the last few months when i stopped seeing their faces in the store , it was kinda like they were there one day and gone the next!! I don’t know if they quit or what happened but i sure miss them!! I don’t want to put names in here but it was a group of about 5 men and 2 women!!! But now the service is not good and no one seems to want to help you and they most definitely don’t care if you have an issue at 845 or after!! They are so ready to leave that they lock the doors before closing time and i have yet to receive a phone call when i have an order that i’m waiting for….i don’t get greeted unless it’s coming to tell me they have already shut down the computers when it’s 845!!! anywho i wish i knew if the other people are working in the same kind of stores and if so where its located ! i would definitely have followed them!!!!
My wife and I were on a bike ride and we were experiencing battery issues. We stopped by for some help and the staff, Greg and the other 2 employees that were there, I wish I could I have got their names also, were such an amazing help. They charged our battery with no problem, let us borrow the tool we needed to get the battery off and gave us a jump when it wouldn't start. I thank you all for your help.
Has new battery installed and tech cleaned all the corrosion off cables, bolts and housing and verified new battery was good. Very friendly and courteous
Give me the wrong headlight replacement bulbs. Even after I questioned the difference in the numbers. And I asked for the cheapest and he didnt get that right either. So no headlights tonight to see to get home. Just because he refused to listen to me. So now I have make another trip to their store to get my money back. And go to another story to get the right ones. More gas wasted. Want be back other than to get my money refunded.
Went in this morning for a battery and alternator check. Gregory was a wonderful help and I really appreciate his pleasant demeanor.

Excellent service and customer care. One of the cleanest and well organized stores I've been in and I'm a long distance driver. The young lady that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable able my parts needs and was a high point in a very low and exhausting day. This store is definitely worth driving a few miles out of route .
So far every time I've used this location, I've been more than satisfied with the service. The employees have been very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd certainly recommend this location to anyone.
I lways visit here. Whether it's changing my windshield wipers or checking a code from the check engine light, they are always pleasant and willing to assist.
Alternator went out on my way back to texas. They helped me get part next day! Plus hooked me up with a professional mechanic named Cajun and back on the road. Thank u O Rileys and Cajun.
Very friendly and kind. I went to buy a new battery and it was raining a little bit. He did not hesitate to go out and change it. I had a bad experience that same day at Advance where the guy said he was not going out because it was raining.... Really great customer service at O' Reilly Gautier and the price was cheaper than Advance. I recommend it.
