While my vehicle was in their care, it was broken into in their lot. Per a discussion with staff, EVERYONE'S vehicle was broken into parked on the lot outside their shop on 1/9/25. I was told someone would email me with the police report and pertinent information for my claim. I never received an email. Today, after weeks of promises for a call back - I'll call you back in 10 minutes/never did, I was informed there is no police report. And no insurance coverage. And no contact information will be provided to assist me with my claim. Which makes sense - this is also how my vehicle repair went - no call backs, me always having to call for an update. Incorrect information provided on pricing/how much it would cost for the repair - which ended up being substantially higher than what was quoted and discussed on the phone. Very misleading. Very disappointing. Very deceptive. Almost predatory. There was no mobile auto rescue. My vehicle had to be towed. Twice. No rescue at all. And no protection for my vehicle while under their care. No Garage Keepers Insurance.
edit: I had to recently open my hood and realized the lever to open it is missing??? So i can’t open my hood. the last time it was opened was for Mobil to fix my car and they did NOT disclose this with me. utterly disappointed.
dave and mike were so helpful when i needed a last minute tow on july 4! exceptional care on my car that took over an hour to get out of a tough spot. appreciate the patience and persistence mike had to get my car out. excited to see how the repair will go

High recommend don’t bring your car to this auto shop. They didn’t tell me honest and communicate at all. Cost me 600 for labor while they haven’t done do anything with my car.
We were in town for a soccer tournament from St. Louis and my truck wouldn't start in our hotels parking lot. The owner met me to jump start my battery to allow me to drive to his shop and didn't charge me for that service. He stayed well past closing time on a Friday night to assess my truck, and his crew had my alternator replaced the next day and only charged me for 1 hour of labor. I would highly recommend!!
I got a nail in my tire and driving it shortly after, it pulled the tire from the rim. The general manager himself came to my house and put on a new tire on my work van. These are very devoted workers, solid minnesotans, and well deserving of any work that comes their way.
I called to have my starter put on for my work vehicle & asked for pricing the lady had a terrible attitude called me a N-Word and hung up just because I tried to bargain with her on the towing prices because she wanted to charge me $150 dollars & I’m literally a mile away from them
This was my first experience but won't be the last. Jeremy did a great job on my car and provided help troubleshooting other known issues that other mechanics could not figure out. I'm already scheduling to get them corrected. Good workmanship, fair prices.
I purchased a van from Marshall and it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. I would definitely buy from them again. They were all friendly and helpful and made the purchase process easy.
We bring our fleet vehicles here for repair and it's hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and problems are fixed, sometimes we have to bring them back 3 times. They are affordable and understanding though.
Driving behind one of their vehicles and they failed to hook up any lights for the safety of everyone else around. No break lights or turn signals were visable since the vehicle they were towing blocked it and didn't hook up their own signal lights. Shows very little concern for the safety of others and all about making a quick buck
It's really tough these days finding a mechanic especially if your on a working class budget or fixed income. Trust, Honesty, Reliability, and shared interest is something many auto shops advertise but none have delivered for my family like Mobile Auto Rescue. The owner Marshall comes from the old school where you treat your customers needs like you would treat family. He will BEAT any price and ensure the work is done right the first time. His prices cannot be beat for labor or parts and he is totally transparent with pricing. I will be returning to this shop for many years to come and letting friends and family know we have found a great auto shop for all our repairs. A++

Each time I've gone in the crew has given exceptional service for a minimal price. Every one is also super friendly. Easily the best auto service I've ever had.
Met the owner who was friendly and gave me a tour of the shop. They gave me a better deal than another shop. They didn’t overcharge for parts or recommend work that didn’t need to be done like the other shop we were at. They also give a lower hourly shop rate than your average shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back here next time it needs a repair. Thanks guys.
The mechanic showed up 30 minutes late, didn't call to say he was going to be late, and didn't apologize either. When he finally arrived, he was quick and short with me. Not impressed with the service.
