Absolutely amazing. Anthony did a great job and provided excellent service. I had a problem with getting an alignment at a local competitor and he offered to do it and get it done. Highly recommend coming here for service.
Anthony fixed a puncture for free back in August. Time came to get new tires and the experience was great. Helped me select the right replacements, got everything aligned and put the door promptly. Great shop.
I brought my PASSAT TDI down here for an oil change, good price and service except they didn’t tighten my oil cap all the way so today I had a fun mess to deal with and some extra oil I needed. All in all, still would come back but would probably check if it’s on tight after..

We got caught in an unexpected blizzard and decided to get snow tires immediately because of terrible road conditions. Anthony was amazing and extremely helpful, had us in and out of the shop in about an hour. highly recommend.
To be completely transparent, this review was trending towards 3 stars. There was an issue getting the estimate emailed to me, I had to settle for a picture taken off their computer and sent by text. I also had to call back instead of being updated along the way, which I would have appreciated. After my water pump was replaced I started my car to find an intermittent rough idle. After paying for it I had to leave it an extra day for rediagnose. Cory and his crew did respond to these problems extremely well. They fixed the issue which ended up being a loose air hose I believe which is an easy thing to come up with this kind of repair without extra charge and they did a number of other checks. Communication could have been a little stronger but overall I feel they went the distance to earn 5 stars.
All I can say is this is the best experience I've ever had had same service completed on my wife's car a month ago at the Apple Valley Firestone and Apple Valley overcharged Me by $300 the people in this store should be put on a pedestal and serve as a training for all Firestone
Had an issue with a tire sensor that was fixed here, but went bad one month later. When I brought it back in the team not only took care of that sensor, but replaced 2 more similar sensors that were also compromised. Extremely happy with how they took care of the situation and went above and beyond.
Great service at a reasonable price! Anthony was able to complete the oil change in a timely manor despite being short staffed. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours of calling.
Anthony and the crew were helpful and got us in quickly. Came with our hair on fire and a car thst would not run on the day before Thanksgiving. Worked to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road. You have earned a repeat customer.
Called because my brakes started making noises, got me in immediately and fixed it within 2 hours. Got it all done before I even had to go to work that night, called to twll me what was wrong and how much it was, and gave me discounts on top of it. Easiest repair I've ever had done. Front was also very polite and well spoken.

Needed a tire replacement after a tire puncture and a competitor closed their shop without notifying me and therefore weren't able to help me. Ive had a spare tire on my car for a couple days and I had a safety concern. They were able to get me a new wheel from a salvage yard and replaced the wheel and the tire at no cost to me! These guys care. Much recommended!
The service I receive at Firestone has always been terrific. My whole family brings their cars here and have for years, and we keep coming back because the team takes such great care of our cars!
I spoke with Corey about having my son come bring his car in. He made me feel better about my son bringing in his car without me. It was very easy and stress free. We will be back.

Great customer service from manager Corey Zehnder at Eagan, MN Firestone store today! He patiently listened via phone to my concerns about my car shutting down while driving, and after I finally limped it along to the store got the mechanic to look at it, drive it, and diagnose the problem. I am SO happy!! It turned out to be a warranty problem, and they even recommended the closest Chevy dealer that could fix it, and provided their number. After only one hour here Corey had me heading back out the door—NO CHARGE!! I’m a longtime customer here, and I will continue to be! Thanks a million to Corey and his crew at Firestone!!

Stopped here on a Sunday morning needing to get a tire patched. I am from out of town and we were stranded. I was told there was no way they could get me in. I asked if they had suggestions for other places that might be able to and was just told no. I called a different location and they thought they might be able to but recommended Tires Plus up the street. I went there and waited a good part of the day but they got me in between appointments and saved the trip. Just takes a little customer service. I completely understand they couldn’t get me in to patch a tire but I was from 11 hours away so the recommendation from another location was super helpful.
I needed to get an oil change before leaving the state and called Firestone to check if they had availability. Luckily, they had an open slot, so I brought my car in right away. They finished everything within an hour. The staff were courteous, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. Great experience overall! Recommended by My friends and family and I recommend as well
My experience with Corey and Bo was phenomenal! They took care of me right away. Suggested tires for someone in my case who loves to travel and assured me that they will make sure I’m safe to drive. Positive attitude all the way and checked up on me while the wait. These guys are super knowledgeable in their own field and I’m comfortable to come back anytime when I need new services on my vehicle!
