I would give it a negative score if I could. I have told everyone that I know to never go to batteries plus. Online ordering for pickup was fine but when I got into the store I was lied to and they were rude. Told me they had no time to install my battery and to come back in an hour since the guy was all by himself working. I come back in an hour and I a told they can’t install it because they have a phone battery to install. Another worker said he had been installing stuff since they opened but I was told the other guy was all by himself. I will never go here again
The associate was very helpful! Got the battery I needed and replaced it in my car within 20 minutes (even with the difficult placement of my battery in a 2020 vehicle)! Very kind as well!
I came to Batteries Plus on a Saturday because my normal auto shops were all closed, and my van wouldn’t start. Matthew was eager to jump in and help get my van fixed and did an outstanding job from start to finish to get both batteries in my van swapped out. If I could post negative amount if stars I would because 1 star is too much. We dropped off a phone for a new battery and it was replaced and worked for a couple weeks. Suddenly the screen started blacking out while the phone was on. We brought it back in to see if something was loose or happened when the battery was replaced. They kept the phone for another hour or so and called to say there was nothing wrong with it and that the screen had nothing to do with the battery.
Forward a couple days and jumping through numerous hoops with TMobile and insurance, I took the phone to YouBreakIFix. They told me that when the battery was replaced, someone must have broken the screen because they replaced it with a third party product. Not only that, there was a copper wire inside that was bent making the screen unusable. They were able to get the screen working, but were 100% certain that they broke our original screen when changing the batter and just didn't tell us. Replacing it with the third party screen, thinking we would never find out/know. This was TERRIBLY irresponsible and misleading.
I would never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. They are shady and don't take responsibility for their actions. On the other hand, if you have an issue, go to YouBreakIFix. They are amazing. They called me several times while they had the phone and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Stopped in today Aug 2nd for a key fob battery, very friendly and helpful young man behind the counter greeted me right away, had me taken care of in a jiffy and at a very reasonable price, if you have battery needs this is the place

Was there on 6-26-25, early afternoon. 3 customers ahead of me, on lady was sitting in a chair. Listening to the conversation the lady sitting in the chair had been there awhile trying to get a battery put in a key fob for her car. Kid in back yells out, I'm still working on it. The other lady was having a key fob and watch battery installed. She asked if she should come back some other time, no answer. The gentleman in front of me was told to take his watch to the apple Valley store because they didn't have the right screwdriver. He said he was going to a professional. I asked if they could replace one in my watch, the kid took it walked in back and came back out and said he didn't have the proper tools. Went to a jewelry store in West st paul, 10 minutes done out the door. What happened to this location? I wouldn't trust those two kids to put a battery in a flashlight wit a you tube video
Had an awesome experience at Batteries Plus in Eagan thanks to Austin! I was told by another store that this location had a part I needed, but when it turned out they didn’t, Austin didn’t just leave it at that. He went above and beyond—searching thoroughly and even calling another location to confirm they had it before sending me over. That kind of customer service is rare these days and made a huge difference. Shoutout to Austin for being helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend this store!
The person I worked with was great, the only problem was that I was using a online deal and I had a question about which battery I should choose, because of this, the store could not give me the the deal. So to get it I had to go back online and order it, very frustrating.
Jacob and Omar were great! They were very friendly, and displayed excellent customer service.
I had dead car battery with very little identification and they were able to identify it and find one to order quite quickly. I was then able to get my car running again, and I have them to thank for that.

I needed a new car battery and was turned away at O’Reily’s. Started searching around and found Batteries Plus also does free installation. Made an appointment online, happened to get a better price than O’Reily’s and the man who did the replacement was great. 10/10 recommend!!!
My car battery died this week and it put a damper on the Christmas season. I saw that Batteries plus does car battery installs for a very small fee. It was very much worth it. I had an appointment all set but showed up a few hours early and they got me all fixed up fast. If anyone else is in a bind needing their car battery replaced, I recommend this place.
Good place to get car battery replaced. Free battery test. Online replacement order by matching your vehicle VIN, good selection, good prices. Store employee/manager had the battery swapped out in a matter of minutes, just $10 install fee.
Quick skilled service. Previous battery was just not up to the task so we upgraded after a quick effective consult with the manager. Very pleased with the professional skilled and cheerful service. Outstanding staff and readiness to get a solution in place for me.

Joey the manager was super helpful. We brought in some watches to get some new batteries installed, and we also had some questions regarding other batteries. He as well as his staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We can highly recommend this store for any of your battery needs.

We stopped in this location on a whim, after having dinner at the amazing wings place next-door. Bright, well lit, and easily navigable with a great selection of everything listed on the marquee from button to boat batteries. We needed some AAA batteries, and the very helpful young man behind the counter, Sam, directed us to a pack that had a remarkable rebate, easily beating most online pricing (which was a surprise). He also pointed out, a pack of LED bulbs that had four instant rebates that nearly made the box free! I mean, how could I not buy them? He obviously knew his way around the store, and was interested in helping us get the best deal possible, in a super low-pressure way.
With the amazing rebates/values, and good customer service, this store is a great resource for both batteries and bulbs.
