Was in for oil change and to address wiper fluid not spraying. Tech said hose was disconnected. I thought it was fixed. Two days later, it's not working. When I called to have it seen again, I was told service was booked out till March and they couldn't get me in.

My DEF tank level sensor was froze up on a Friday at 4:30pm and my diesel truck was about to hit the 5mph limp mode. I called two other closer RAM dealers who didn't offer any help in my crappy situation. I got ahold of Elliot in service at Tanner Motors who said he would keep the light on for me if i could make it even though it was a close gamble. I made it with 5 miles to spare and he took extremely professional care in letting me know that he would help me out and get me back on the road. They parked my truck in the shop bay overnight, and were preparing a whole pump replacement as a backup to ensure I could leave on Monday at the latest. Fortunately the sensor defrosted and I was able to grab the truck in the morning like it was no big deal. I have to also add that the shop was very busy with customers and cars in and out. I am thankful that Elliot and the crew cared enough about my situation as an out of towner and made my problem their problem. Hard to find this kind of customer care in today's world. Thanks for everything again!

Do yourself a favor and travel a few miles on over to Tanner Motors and visit with the folks there! You might save $$$ on your next purchase, and you are dealing with honest folks that won't push you into a sale. Loving my 26 Nissan Frontier Pro4x.

My family and I have been buying vehicles here for at least 40 years. Saturday I ran into a very angry and rude salesman in the parking lot. Went inside to talk to the manager about it and it was very apparent he could care less. There are a lot of Jeep dealerships in the area, so it would be a great idea to be a bit nicer to potential customers.

Buying a used vehicle from out of state can be a worrisome process. Dale (salesman) and Jason (finance) were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They worked with me wherever they could and ensured that I was informed and taken care of the entire time. I would highly recommend Tanner Motors and their staff for any/all buyers local and out of state. To the owner: You have remarkable employees from reception to your managers. Thank you all!

I have a 22 ram, and the heated steering wheel wasn't working. I talked to Trapper Holden. He set an appointment to fix it. Took it apart and checked the components, all checked good. The tech thought maybe a loose connection. ( wiring not covered under warranty. ) It cost me $150. (Not happy but understood. ) the next day still didn't work. Trapper Holden got a hold of the warranty company and explained the problem. He got all the components replaced. THANKS Trapper Holden. Great service department employee.

I found out that working with Dale my sales man was a good choice. He was concerned about what type of a SUV I was looking for and the options I needed on it. He probably spent a good deal of time finding the color I wanted also. I would highly recommend him to a friend looking for a SUV at Tanners. Thank you.

Our experiences were not pleasant. Sales person made false claim about the car and when this was pointed out and we asked if he could work with us because of this he shouted at us that if we wanted a nice car it would be 45k so we could either take it or leave. Extremely demeaning behavior and the financial guy we worked with was not much better. He made several passive aggressive jibes at us for not purchasing an expensive warranty package and when we politely tried to turn the conversation away from it, he gave us the cold shoulder and refused to be polite in return, blowing us off when we thanked him ans tokd him to havw a good evening. They had arranged for us to come see the car at 6pm since we lived out of town, yet the team made passive aggressive comments for the entire 30 minutes we were there. If they did not want to stay late, they should have not arranged to show a car at 6 and set something up for a better time for them. I regret making a purchase from this place, solely because of the way we were treated. If we had not been in a bind and needed to purchase a car asap, I would have trusted my gut and left as soon as the poor behavior started.

This experience was great. We had some problems with some work that Tanner had performed earlier this winter. Jeremy from the customer service department contacted me proactively. Jeremy then coordinated a loaner vehicle, drove it to my place of work, and drove my vehicle back to his service facility. The service was prompt and thorough. Proactive communication from Jeremy and Glenn occurred daily with updates as I had asked. We have our vehicle back and it runs great. We have since had another vehicle in for routine maintenance at Tanner. Seth

I had my 22 Ram in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get my truck in the next day when I called for an appointment. I waited for my truck and I was able to work while I waited thanks to the WiFi, and they always have snacks and beverages too. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The building was clean and well kept. Thank you!

I I'm an out-of-state resident. I was driving by and saw the pearle blue Jeep Gladiator that I had been shopping for in my home state. I swung in and bought it and it was a great experience dealing with my salesperson Austin. I drove off the lot pulling my brand spanking new Scamp trailer in my brand spanking new Jeep Gladiator!

I bought a Hummer from them 6 weeks ago. The front end disintegrated on 371 @ 70mph. DOT says the inspection they say they did before selling me that death trap never took place. If you value your life and your families life please don't buy from tanner motors.

Got an oil change. The service tech that did the work did I very poor job on the clean up underneath the truck. Asked if there were any other problems and I got a clean bill for the truck. Looked underneath and saw the poor work as well as the power steering line is leaking. It was a quick in and out but train your techs to spot other work that is needed. I'm not too happy with the work that was completed.
