I got a 2 oz. custom matched touch up paint for my 12 year old boat. $15, boat looks great.

I had been to Auto Zone twice looking for the right body retainers and got no assistance. I went to Auto Value and as soon as I walked in the door Austin greeted me and offered to help me find the right ones. He came out from behind the paint counter and looked through the inventory without being asked. Now that is customer service! Thanks Austin.

I realized I called after hours. But in today's age it seems common sense to have some kind of voice mail service. There was none of that here.

Called looking for a wheel bearing and when the guy on the phone started saying stuff I knew wasn't the case, I corrected him and he hung up on me. Absolutely horrible service. Will never use this store again, and will make sure all my friends stear clear of the unprofessionalism at this store
