Looked for a while on my own and then waited in line for 10 min politely to ask employee if he may be able to provide some more help on finding a set of items that was listed as in stock at the specific store; I just couldn’t find where they were located. Asked for help, employee said “If they aren’t on the wall, we don’t have them”. Pointed out how they’re listed as multiple in stock here, and he said the same thing. Well, after wandering around the entire store again on my own for a while, turns out, the items were in stock, just in a different spot than normal, exactly the case I had just asked the employee about. I could have saved 25 minutes of time and the employee could have very easily avoided affirming the bad taste in my mouth regarding this specific location.

We walked in to get a new battery for my motorcycle and the employee except for one female that wasn’t even an employee sitting back there. They were on their phones. They were disrespectful and they gave me a FOUR YEAR OLD BATTERY and it read at 8 volts I called them told them to test it so I don’t waste my time they said they will and they hung up the phone on me we came in all the other motorcycle batteries were 3 to 5 years old.

Absolutely great place very helpful and knowledgeable! Austin and this lady who’s name starts with a T she had a torn rotator cuff and together they were walking out to my car to help figure out what was wrong and what some of the issues might lead up! Very good location here!

This place used to be my go to for parts. People were helpful, knew a few things, and got the correct parts in my hand. Now I'm dealing with children who can barely grow a mustache, can't put the cellphone down, that know nothing about cars, and want to argue. I'm being told that I am wrong about the parts I need and these kids are arguing with pricing. They are charging more than the tag on the shelf displays and saying I'm wrong. I've been a mechanic professionally for over 25 years. I know cars. These lazy children do not. Not sure I'll be back anymore asides warranty on the parts I already purchased. Sad.

I bought all the gadgets for my 2008 crystler town n country van 4.0 so I could fix it and they had all the gadgets and I all so bought new, spark plugs .. we put it all in my van that is my girl freind and I no lovers just good friends and it purrs like a kitten thank you auto zone!!!

I went to Auto Zone, to get a new battery. The manager there, was top notch. He changed out my battery for me and taught me some things about my new vehicle. Thank you very much for all the help! I will be returning to your store, as I need things.

I go in there looking to get some parts from behind the counter. First thing I hear when I walk in the door is the trap rap blasting through the speaker system. I don't really mind rap and I'm not easily offended myself, but in my opinion it's pretty unprofessional to be playing explicit music with all different types of customers coming through the door from all walks of life many of which would not appreciate the cursing and the inappropriate subject matter of the music. I come up to the counter with the stuff I picked off of the shelf that I wanted to buy and I asked for some things behind the counter and he got them, but as soon as I asked for a few more things he started huffing and puffing. I guess AutoZone likes to pay people hourly to just sit on their phones and God forbid they get interrupted by actual work. That's what's become of the workforce and society these days. So in the middle of the transaction, a skinny white boy with a mustache help to finish my order while the guy that was helping me originally just leans against the wall and starts getting on his phone. I guess he has like a 3 minute time limit for dealing with customers then he has important social media to get back to. What do they even pay this guy for just to exist?

Went in to buy some brakes. Stood there waiting while everyone did nothing. One person was being helped and three other employees didn't even begin to acknowledge me. One was looking at some "nice mustang" in the parking lot. Then another went out to look at it, while the other admirer came back in. Then they start messing around on their phone. Totally ignored. Not an ounce of attention to what would have been a good paying customer. I thanked them for nothing and gave the one finger salute, and when I got outside I told the other staffer that their store sucks and did the same. Is this a store to buy parts to fix my car or a car show. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I went today with my air filter in hand and ask duke to assist me he was rude not polite at all if he hates his job he shouldn’t been in a place that requires to talk to costumers. I ask help to the other guy name Austin he was nice and assist me with all that I needed management should look into personalities before hiring some rude such as Duke probs to Austin who helped me such a bad and good experience is sad that people like me who lives near by an AutoZone don’t want to go back because people such as Duke

I've never been disappointed when I've shopped here. I made an online order for pickup the night before I was going up north to pick up on my way. Just needed a windshield wiper for the driver side, and a new gas cap. Really easy site to navigate and order from, it's paid for already, and quick. The employee who helped me went out of his way and was super nice about it. With replacing the windshield wipers on my car, I'm a little bit too short to replace them and I wasn't headed back home but since the wiper was hanging from the hook, the clip hold holding it was broken. I asked if he could help me with the new wiper blade. He was really nice about it and I was able to head out from there.

I stopped in this morning and was helped with the diagnosis of my lit engine light. The young man who helped me was so nice and professional and he diagnosed my problem in minutes! It was my first time at an AutoZone and it was a very positive experience. I will surely go back if I'm in need of their services again.

I was trying to be my independent self and do things on my own. I needed a new headlight and decided I would change my engine and cabin air filters also. Headlight replaced, done. Engine air filter replaced, done. Cabin air filter, i needed help. I did everything right but wasn't able to get the new filter in. I drove back and explained my situation and they just put it in for me. I love it!

When I walked in I was greeted which is always really nice. I had a short wait because they were busy working with other customers, 2 mins later Nehemiah helped me get what I needed for my vehicle swiftly and courteously. Great customer service!

Had stopped going to my local AutoZone because of road closures but they're open now and I am so glad. These guys are amazing. So helpful and very friendly. Had all the parts I needed including ones that our green Irish parts store did not. They even helped me figure out a potential wrong part. Turns out it was a part redesign and fit like a glove. Woohoo ?

Great customer service. I called ahead, they helped me figure out what cabin air filter I needed, & had it ready for me when I arrived. The guy that helped me was very kind, professional, & helpful. I would definitely go there again.

Spent 20 minutes messing around trying to get the advertised price on oil and a filter. Absolutely insane. They couldn't get me the correct price. Then they got close to it, and tell me they won't apply the $5 coupon, even though they had it in the previous oil bundle transaction. I went next door to Oreilly, found and advertised deal on oil and a filter, and wouldn't you know they rang me up with the correct price, what a concept! Who would have thought an auto store could be so simple. Absolutely infuriating experience at this Auto Zone.

The guys here are always quick to help and very friendly. My wife and I always find it a pleasure to stop in here when we need something. The manager (can't remember his name off the top of my head) is always helpful and makes sure you have everything you need or will take care of any issues you may have. The service here is why I stopped going to the competitor next door.
