O’Reillys gets my business because they’re extremely close and in a pinch I only have to travel a few blocks. If it’s not in a rush, I typically go elsewhere because it seems as the past few years they’ve been hiring anyone with just a pulse. Today I met Carl, who must be a new teammate. The dude clearly has some customer service skills as he was helpful. Let me shop, but didn’t pressure me into anything. Keep this guy around and make sure he’s taken care of. Great teammate who will help keep customers around. Thanks Carl.

Normally I recommend O’Reillys to everyone under the sun. Every location I’ve been is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Yesterday I went in due to my car breaking down. We thought it was a battery problem and brought the battery in to be tested. The younger worker connected the wrong ends of the tester to the wrong terminals. He didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing, was unfriendly, and proceeded to tell us the battery was good. Had to get towed to a shop and it turns out it was the battery!! Avoid this location!

Terrible customer service. I went in yesterday to check my battery, the assistant seemed to not want to help, used his tool and told me my battery was good. Thinking my issue was something else, had my car towed to a shop, only to learn that it was indeed a bad battery. Wasted my time and money.

Great customer phone service. Had call another location close to me twice amd call was hung up. This location took my call and rep was quick to take my info and provided what I needed and options. Thank you! I believe it was Seth who took my call.

My poor grandmother is just coming back from this location upset. EVERY TIME she goes she comes back upset because of how RUDE yall are. Please, I know there are some customers who can be challenging but treat every customer brand new. Don’t bring that attitude into your next encounter.

Assist manager could use an attitude adjustment and a small course on customer service. I know there are 9999 different options on wiper blades if he had just answer my question in the first place maybe you guys wouldn’t get a low rating.

I came in for windshield wipers. And the counter man was extremely helpful in showing me the different types. And after I bought them he installed them for me! That's good service!

dropping my 5 stars from two years ago to 1 star. The lady knows what she did and did not deny it. First thing getting followed and watched is not a good feeling at all ! Getting treated like a bum from a bum but not being bum. But it got worst. Instead of asking for help she just awkwardly followed me and my friend around. Asked about impact guns and she did not know what the hell she was talking about 😭😭 lost a big sale there.After our purchases we came back 20 minutes later to purchase a big wrench. Was refused service and did not want to sell us the item due to us asking about the return policy before hand. She was under the impression we intended to use it and return it. *asking about a return policy for something you are going to use onces isn’t crazy * being told we can’t return it wasn’t the reason we did not buy it. It was because she refused to sell it 😭😭. Please fix this crazy turn over rate at this location and hire knowledgeable professionals helpful people please !

2 stars for the front desk worker names Harrison ONLY. I would give 0 based upon the stores layout. why in the sam hell would you put the ankle braces in the BACK of the store? I had to hobble my way allll the way over there. now I have a club foot.

Went there to return a part that I was sold, even warranty but they sold me broken coil pack, when I went to return it with the receipt a guy named Brice or Bret was doing the return an asked to see the receipt of the other one I purchased at Napa! Wich why would it matter that had nothing to do with the broken part I was sold! Well he was nothing but rude an disrespectful! An refused to give my money back! I spend a lot of money there an never was I treated so rude! On my way out the door he told me to pull my pants up I was a man! I lost it then an he is lucky to still have his teeth an not a messed up face! I will never ever buy anything from an O'Reilly auto store again! nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! They're straight trash a/f!!!

O'Reilly Auto Parts has everything you need for your car. Customer service is very nice and friendly. The store is neat and organized and clean. If your check engine light comes on O'Reilly Auto Parts can check it for you by running codes. It's such a nice relief to know that when you have questions about something before taking it to your mechanic.

This is one of the worst staffed O'Riellys locations I've ever seen. I have given this place many chances but I am let down time after time. I live 5 mins from this location but I would rather drive 15mins away to the next store. Today I witnessed two customers walk out because of the long wait to check out. You can tell the employees hardly care about the inside appearance. Dirty/ dingy feeling when you walk in. It is evident that the property owner doesn't care about the building since it is run down and shabby looking.

Chris was absolutely kindly and pay attention to what I needed done. He helped me choose the best wiper blades for me car and diagnosed my car light. I will give 10 stars if possible, Chris went above and beyond. Thanks you guys

Chris was super helpful and tested my battery and alternator for me and determined I needed a new battery. Once purchased, he installed it for me and got me back on the road as quickly as possible in what was a busy time in the store. So thankful for them and him. Great little small town feel kind of store.

Normally they are great. Wanted my starter checked but only was told my battery was good, even though I asked 4 timed about the starter. I don't think he was very knowledgeable about the diagnostic part. Then just admit it...

Great crew working here. They have always had the part I need in stock, and been very knowledgeable when I've had questions. Never had to wait to long in line, always had plenty of parking. I would recommend this O'Reilly...

I went here a couple weeks back after a roadside assistant told me a needed a post shim. Nick helped me out, even figuring out that I didn't need a post shim, and was super awesome! Turns out the terminal just needed to be tightened, which he helped with too. He handled a super grumpy customer before me with a level head as well, and apologized to me that I had witnessed someone so mad. It was a really great experience to have his help.

Pulled up right as they were closing. Dude was locking the door and when he saw me pull up he unlocked the door and helped me find what I needed. No grumbling or complaining about a last minute customer, just friendly service. Shout out to Quinn! I appreciate it man!

I bought new windshield wipers here & they put them on for me without charge- which I thought was very nice. However, I special ordered a back windshield wiper they said they’d have delivered and then they’d call me. They never did call me! I had to go back in and ask if they had my back wiper and show them my receipt. They did have it.. but never called me. Kind of annoying but he put that one on too so I’m not terribly upset.

The employees were very friendly and helpful when I was there. The store was clean and organized. It is always a pleasure to go to this store when I need parts. I am in and out in no time and they are ale says able to give me the answers I need or even ideas on how to deal with some problems.

Phenomenal Service. I had the pleasure of being helped by a guy named Steve and his customer service skills blew me away. He went the extra mile to understand me and my crappy car situation and that made me feel like I was in good hands.
