Great service I found just what I needed I'm for my vehicle and the attitudes from the staff were very friendly would recommend going to this place if you ever need any assistance or a good dialogue when it comes to talking about your car and the needs you may have. Will definitely be returning

Useless joke of an establishment. Battery was dying so I went to the closest auto store in hopes of getting a new battery and installed which the site promises they do. I went in and wasn’t greeted but stared at by a bewildered and bizarre young man behind the counter that seemed to be high as a kite and moving slow as a tortoise. He couldn’t answer basic questions and then resorted to saying they could not do a battery install at that time saying it was against the policy . I said that online it says that is what they’d do. He looked at me dumbfounded with a gaze of cluelessness. I asked for a manager and he said they were gone for the night. I went to auto-zone ( wish I should’ve first) next to it and they did a battery install in 10 min without question . I will never return here.
Very disappointed, I called on Sunday to get 2 parts for a car with 1 already in the store, they ordered the 2nd part and told me it would be in the store Monday morning, I called Monday night after work on the way up to the location to pick them up, customer service verified both parts were on hand, when I actually arrive 20 minutes later standing around they can't find the 2nd part, stating the warehouse dropped the ball, and again stated the 2nd part I need will be in Tuesday night after work for pickup, we'll see ????
I just have to shout out a word of gratitude for Terry at O’Reilly’s in Champlin for his above and beyond helpfulness. He not only provided guidance for choosing the right product but even helped me get the product into my van in the right portal for oil! His service is greatly appreciated. We stopped in at 8:20a on Sun, Jul 2, 2023, to replace a brake light on our way to a driver's road test. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and efficient. He was also kind! Showing me when/how to replace the bulb (no I hadn't done it with the vehicle previously). Thank You for your help and encouragement!
I've been coming to this location, mostly, for about 5 years now. The people working here are always pleasant and professional. In fact, while I was being helped, the person ringing up my purchase had an upset individual call and he even handled that professionally. By the way, you, sir, are not a d**k.
Had to come in twice in last couple months both times was told they didn't know what part I had brought in with me was & was told to go to dealership & when I get part number to call them. My wife even called in to asked if there is a better way for a layman to help get the parts they are looking for but the manager then told her, "this conversation is over & F@#$ Off!" Way to make people feel welcome in your special clubhouse. I've now gone to auto-zone where they were nice, welcoming & helpful.
My check engine light went on. I never dealt with car stuff before but now that I'm a widow...
Greeted at the front door. Simon, the manager grab the tester and we headed out. Tested it, my "sensor"was glogged (probably bad gas). He said use better gas the next time and "punch it" to clean it out. Eventually the light will go out...
So appreciated the quick and helpful service.
Maps took us two doors down. We thought they were gone. The gentleman working helped my daughter install her wiper blades quickly and with a smile and a chuckle. Rain-X lovely

I needed a replacement for my rear wiper blade. I’d never stepped foot into an auto parts store before and I was anxious to have to pick out the right one for my car. This is the type of thing I divert to my husband to take care of, but you know… girl power.
Right when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly employee. He asked what I was looking for and was able to look up the wiper blade that I needed based on my car’s make/model. Thankfully they had one in stock and he even installed it for me right away!
The process was such a breeze, I was in and out in 5 minutes. I’m very happy with their customer service!
I was trying to find a replacement air filter for my vehicle. I asked for help to find the right one, an employee helped me find one. I brought it out to my car and compared it to my current filter, it wasn't even close. I went back in to tell them it was the wrong one. I went to the Assistant Manager Brent who was at the counter. He acted like it was a chore to help me find the right air filter. At first he acted like he couldn't look my car info up to find the right one. After 5 mintues of sitting at the counter while I tried to find it myself online he finally asked me my car info acting totally annoyed that I was asking him for help. Would not recommend going to this location.
I had the WORST customer service experience ever! Upon arrival I took the part that needed to be replaced out of my engine. The guy said that he isnt a mechanic, had no idea what it was used for & then he claimed that it wasnt a part for my car. I offered to show him pics showing it in the engine & asked if he would like to come out and look at it, he flat out refused. I went to OReillys instead and received outstanding help!
This location is great. The staff is all very kind, patient, and helpful. Anothy S. Helped me figure out what I needed for my vehicle, he also gave me a lot of good advice for keeping my used car running good. Thanks again you guys.
Oh my gosh, these guys were great!! Tested then Installed our battery, put the heavy sandbags in and out of the trunk for us AND made sure we were covered under warrantee! Cant beat Free fa free free! And they said Thank YOU!!! Love these guys!
I use to get my parts here but 2 employees where yelling at each other on the front then moved to the back. There was also a guy just standing up front reading and not helping me or the other person in the store. Oreilly can be so much better then this.
I walked in no body greeted me two workers kept on with their casual conversation I was looking around for a part and finally asked for help but the guy who I asked was helping someone else and those two other workers were still carrying on their casual conversation. It’s obvious they didn’t want to acknowledge me and help me this type of behavior is definitely a disgusting so I will never go back to this store.
Customer service was top notch. I was in this evening 9/29/17 needing a new headlight. They were more than willing to change it out for me. I would definitely come back for all my auto needs. Thanks guys!
I go to this store quite frequently. I go there because "Joe" works there. I had had this guy look up the most hard to find parts, and he will not stop until he has them in his hand, or has ordered them in for you. This O'Reilly has alot of parts you wouldn't think they would have, but they do. Joe is a car guy, and he doesn't ask stupid questions. I went to autozone with a glass fuse once, and the idiot behind the counter told me they didnt have that "Bulb". If you need hard to find ok parts, go to this O'Reilly Auto Parts. Go see Joe or Brian. Those guys are good.
I bought a set of headlights from this store today. As I walked out to my car the cashier came running out after me in the rain to let me know there was a mail in rebate on my purchase.
