Highly recommend!!! Very reasonable price, super friendly and great communication. The lady dispatcher was great as well as Dean the driver. I will definitely use them again if I am in need of their services.
I've tried calling and emailing them many times within the last few months to ask a few basic questions about a AAA call and never hear back obviously they don't care about customer service no wonder why most of the tow trucks haven't moved for awhile
My most recent experience with Highway 10 towing and the ownership has changed my opinion of them forever. I have used them multiple times in the past with no issue. On 1/23/2026 I had them tow my F350. The driver made a remark that he would need to secure my truck bed cover as he would be towing my vehicle backwards on the tow truck flat bed. I said "You're the expert" and left him to it.
When my vehicle was dropped off, my bed cover was laid in a roll in the bed of my truck. You'll notice via the pictures that came attached to my invoice that the driver took that my vehicle was not delivered in the same condition it was picked up. My only conclusion is that the cover caught the wind when it wasn't secured and was ripped off. (I wasnt informed of this until I brought it up)
As a carpenter with all of my tools in my truck, my livelihood at risk every time I park since I'm no longer able to secure my contents.
I reached out to Highway 10 towing to give them the chance to make it right. I got a hold of Jorge on 1/27 who said it wasn't their problem or responsibility but that he'd talk to his driver and call me back the following day. When no call came, I called again 1/29 and spoke with Jorge yet again who yet again reiterated he wasn't willing to take responsibility for the damage.
I have no choice but to now waste more time in an attempt to bring them to small claims court to recoup from the damage their carelessness caused.
Don't make the same mistake I did when I saught these guys out for return business. Go anywhere else.
Karissa was very helpful, fast and efficient getting me a driver. Tyler the driver was realy nice and friendly and did a great job getting me towed.

Waited 3 and 1/2 hours for a tow getting told 30 minutes longer every hour. Finally told AAA to find me another provider to tow my vehicle. Roads aren't that bad this was horrible service I received or should I say didnt receive.
The technician was very thorough, he made sure everything was good before he put it on the flatbed. He was very friendly, he delivered amazing service. I would highly recommend Highway 10 Towing any day to anyone. To our tow truck driver thank you we appreciate you and how well you took care of my Daughters BMW.

always nice & friendly drivers. some prefer to talk on the way back to the shop while some others just prefer to listen to the radio, which i prefer. arrives within ETA given when coming to pick-up, does the job within timely manner. definitely would recommend.
The service I have received from them has been great - and the information they are providing with my vehicle issues has helped me a lot not get stuck with a huge mechanic bill .
