Tried to hit me with a bait and switch .. got mad I called it out.. told me I couldn’t get my car back without paying a fee that was never agreed upon ( side note I left the car there because the mechanic wasn’t in and was supposed to give me call BEFORE ANY WORK WAS ATTEMPTED when he got in at 12 noon, I dropped car off around 1030 am) I get a call at 10:51 am saying my car is up on the hoist and I can’t get my car back without paying a fee… when I refused to pay cause I’m not an idiot he told me verbatim “If you want your car come get it” in a hostile tone and manner.. but if I was to reciprocate that energy I’d be doing too much right?? I show up to get my car as I was so graciously invited and low and behold he’s not there and won’t be back for 45 minutes so I can either wait or pay the fee… I’ll wait

Really happy with the 4 wheel alignment I received at this place. The write-up pro at the desk - Jerry, knows his stuff! I had to bring back my car because the wheel was off by a little bit, and he got me in right away, no questions asked. The job is right on!
Jerry was great. First he gave me a ride home after my car was going to be there over night. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Lastly, he had the cheapest quote around. Highly recommended this shop.
Extremely great place I love to get my oil changed there. They are super helpful and nice. I got bodywork done on my car because I was in an accident and it was phenomenal work. Everything was done perfectly and there were a few things thrown into the price for free and I appreciate it a lot. They made that time for me. That was very hard after a car accident extremely easy convenient and they went above and beyond. Hopefully I will never get into a car accident again and need them for it but if I do, I will be sure to take my car back there.

My vehicle was taken in for some dent/paint job and I am so impressed with the job they did, the reasonable price I paid, and also the very short amount of time it took for the work to be completed. Carol is wonderful, she assisted me with pick up and drop off to my car rental place, and I’m very grateful! Abe is amazing! He is knowledgeable and highly professional, definitely a huge asset to this company. I highly recommend this place! They took great care of me and I know they will do the same for any customer.
Negotiated with Abe on the phone about the estimate. They did a marvelous job on my 2004 Vibe that we wanted to keep after an accident (no collision insurance involved). I'm very happy with the paint match.
Fix 1 thing, break another..twice. Driver door wouldn't open/close, they sent it back (1 week) without electronic door buttons working. Sent it back for the buttons and (3 weeks) they scratched up my paint job.
He charged $190 to just "LOOK" NOT FIX BUT LOOK at my broken headlight. There's like 6 other mechanics along Ford Rd id advise anyone to go to one of those instead... Don't pay with Zelle as you can't get your money back should their be a problem. I will never go to this shop ever again.
I had paint come off my door on my 2019 jeep, as I was at the paint shop looking for ways to fix this issue, I met a gentlemen named Travis who works at Pioneer Collision in Westland , after talking to him he suggested I come down and get an estimate, not only was the estimate fair, Abe the owner and Travis stayed over to get the job done within a few hours, they did an outstanding job, in my opinion they went over and above my expiations to get the job done when most places would have said we are about to close come back on Monday, I am pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend them to anyone in need of body / paint work done, Thank you Abe, Thank you Travis. The Mazda the wife bought had dent in the drivers side passenger door. Got five estimates. The highest could not do it until late April or May. But Pioneer had a very reasonable price for a Senior who had to pay out of his pocket. The wife loved the repair work.
Abe is great. He helped me get my car fixed and helped me to get the guy who hit me to pay for everything without me coming outta pocket. If I would have never booked that Groupon coupon for a wheel alignment I would still be carless & fighting with the guy who hit me insurance company. Definitely will be posting the before & after photos (:
I had a great experience here for my first visit. They were polite, informative thorough and professional. I didn't give them 5 stars because I was they much longer than told/ quoted and missed a engagement due to the wait.
I had them paint my hood. I had to go back, as it did not look good at all and had many flaws.They blamed it on my hood, which i confirmed through other collision shops that it was clearly their poor work. I also had residue( which appears to be duct tape) from where they put cover on my car. This is all over my car and i could never get it off. Very unprofessional-thanks for ruining my paint worse and costing me time and money! I would steer clear from this business!!! Very unprofessional!Also rude employees that are certainly clueless- owner also rude!As you can see by bad reviews posted,they do nothing in regards to their bad work to compensate customers.I do not have a beautiful car or anything, but i only wanted the hood painted. Now hood is worse and i have residue that will never come off my body of car! This was over a year ago, but the hood is looking worse and worse! Im not happy!And don’t try saying defimation of character, as you did on several others! I have people as proof,and a receipt! Take responsibility like good businesses do!
Pioneer collision hooked up my Nissan Altima after the front bumper was totaled…can’t even tell it was hit…even when my insurance didn’t cover a certain part for my turn signal they got on it and made it happen… I advise you to choose this shop for your car
The owner is rude/ has an attitude with both his employees and customers. It took them about 2 months to fix my car. Had a hard time getting in contact with them about updates and they had a hard time making sure they had all the parts to fix my car. Told me my car was ready to pick up just to find out a few Days later the muffler was still damaged. Thus I had to take my car back again to finish getting it fixed. Hopefully I never get into an accident again, but if I do I will not be coming back here. Save yourself the headache and check out other shops.
Well first off they did great work as far as the repairs go. But when it comes to customer care they are lacking something awful ! I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and I was told it's not that bad I should have it done by the end of the week. We'll that didn't happen ! Was told 3 different times that it would be done by the end of the week for 5 weeks !!!!! I was even told one week it would be done at 5:00 , went there sorry he left with his daughter! No call no nothing !!! Then my wife was told that it would be finally done once again at 5 ! See went there, door was locked! And no one was there! She called three different numbers until finally someone picked up ! Then they couldn't find our paperwork ! Then was told we have a 1,000 deductible , NO ! it's only 500 ! Oh sorry I had the wrong paperwork So if you want to deal with this place be my guest worst place ever !! I honestly don't know how they have kept in business for 20 years !!!
My mom had got in an accident this winter, and they did an amazing job on the body work! You can’t even tell it’s been in an accident. The employees were so helpful and nice! The owner was great too! Will definitely come back if needed in the future!
I had a couple large dents in my car and a rust spot forming over the rear wheel. I was able to go get a quote, without an appointment, and was able to get it taken care of the following week when other shops had said it would be a matter of months before they could get me in. It was done two days earlier than expected and they even came and picked me up so I could get my car early. I arrived to find all the spots fixed and my car even cleaner than when it went in as I hadn’t had time to detail anything. With a very busy schedule it was a relief to find a shop that really cared about customer service. I was very satisfied and highly recommend giving them a try. Special thanks to Eric who went above and beyond to make it an extraordinary experience!
I got into an accident, the guy was kind enough to come in on his day off to collect my information and take my car. The insurance ended up totaling out and came to take my car before I got a chance to empty it, he was awesome enough to pull as much as he could out and hold onto it. He offered inspection on future vehicles I might purchase. Friendly environment!
They were able to find matching doors before I even dropped my car off. They were done within a day or two of dropping off my car. I’m really happy with the work they did. The office was clean and Eric who I dealt with the most was very friendly, so was the person who I talked to when I picked up my car.
We got rear ended at a traffic light and had paint damage and a gouge on the rear bumper. Since we live close, we took our Jeep to Pioneer. I feel like we hit the jackpot with this company! Such a perfect fix that you can’t tell where the damage was. Fast, such nice people, beautiful skilled workmanship. I couldn’t ask for more. We’ll never go anywhere else! Thanks to the entire staff!
