The guy came to tow my car, i asked him.to wait 10 minutes till the araprtments office open to tell him to leave it ,and i told him am gonna pay you the fees and extra $50 ..he accepts to wait then i went to the office same building and i went out he already towed my car..
So instead of paying $100 i paid $500

I, unfortunately, had to have my car towed this week. Sparks was a solid $30 below other options so I asked him to come out. He said 30-40 minutes, showed up in 35, was super friendly and gave me a business card for any future use. Got my car to the dealership, and made sure they had my name and number. I'd recommend Sparks to anyone needing help.
