Never ever buy parts from this place, the driver came to delivery parts was rude with no professionalism. Does not know what he’s doing , and on calling the manager over the phone, he’s worst than the driver and don’t know how to handle a simple issue. Not a good business model, if there was zero star I would give that .
Super high prices
They buy parts from other places and sell them to you at a super high price
Nothing they sell is a fair deal there are more expensive then the dealer
1999 mercury sable seatbelt they wanted $275 for it also called about a radiator on a Kia they wanted $475 when a new any the dealership was $368
They are a broker part store basically your paying them a $200 fee to order somthing for you from a different supplier
Do not deal with tyler he is horrible to deal with he said he does not accept cash at his westland location if i was a owner i would fire him asap horrible customer service stay as far away as possible from him and there business and take your business elsewhere they will waste your time wanting me to drive to another location 3 hours away BEWARE!!!

Bought front differential from them for dodge ram 2019 it broke with my costumer after we fixed it in about two weeks i no ask for warranty ask for purchase another so i call them to discuss the issue they referred me to mr ADAM , well mr adam is not helpful at all after we talk first time he ask for pictures i send them to him after that for one week i call him never pick my calls send voice mail never reply text him on the same number he ask for send the pictures never respond very low costumer service

This review is primarily for Dustin - I wanted to publicly thank him for treating me like a human being when I called to inquire about a replacement part. More often than not I am either talked down to, belittled, or essentially treated like I know nothing when working with resellers. I hate to say it's because I'm a woman, but it happens so often that at this point its a little hard to deny. So when I say it was a breath of fresh air actually having a conversation with someone and having them listen/respond and be personable at the same time ... that's an understatement. Dustin was very professional, informative, and even though I didn't buy through Premier he still followed up to make sure I was all set. Strictly because of this, I will refer anyone I know (myself included) to check out Premier for any of their automotive needs. Thanks Dustin!
