Why the transmission crack i was return but they still put back in sale again and i the bad luck to buy the same transmission in 2nd time
I lost money to pay labor and gas and time waste too much time i drive 90 minutes total 3 hours drive
They're suck make me lost a thousand of dollars
Traveled 40 minutes for some caliper's they said they had on the phone. Paid in full, waited a hour and a half for them to tell me they crushed the car. Their inventory system management is awful. If you go to get parts go without expectation.
They hook it up, and when I say they did, I mean they did. Wannie, Julie and Yousif, all three of them helped me find the engine I needed for my car. I was adamant on buying a different one but they insisted on checking and rechecking until I turned out to be mistaken. Highly recommended. Very nice and helpful people. Will come here again!!
Friendly service and a fair price. I drove up from Toledo to find a very obscure part for a 23 year old Saab 9-3. The puller worked with me to figure out exactly what i needed and pulled it! Thanks!
They will tell you we have it in stock come by we got you. When you come to on site they have a different part in a different color. Waisted time for no reason
I really do not understand the bad reviews. I saw they had a motor i needed on a parts locator. Called to verify. They told me it was on special for $150. I drove half way across the state, they had it loaded in the back of my truck and cashed out fast and were super friendly!
Stay away from these people because they are scamming you. I bought a computer from them that did not work because the code was different. When I asked to exchange it, they said this buyer is not ours. Do not waste your time and money with them
Called about a seat since there was no pictures online & I asked to have pictures of it sent to me.
Was told to come in since they’re too busy.
Went in and waited for over an hour just for them to finally tell me that the vehicle had already been crushed & that the stock number was old…..
Terrible way to do business and wasted my valuable time. I will never shop at this salvage yard again & make sure all other partner repair facilities shop elsewhere for parts.

IF I COULD GIVE THESE GUYS HALF A STAR I WOULD I HAVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION NUMEROUS TIMES TO TRY PURCHASING A USED CAR PART OFF OF THEM AND EVERYTIME I GO I LEAVE EMPTY HANDED BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE THE PARTS THEY HAVE INVENTORIED IN THEIR SYSTEM ON TOP OF THAT THEY MAKE ME WAIT FOR AN HOUR JUST TO TELL ME THAT TODAY I WENT TO THEIR LOCATION TO PURCHASE A DOOR MIRROR AFTER I HAD ALREADY CALLED AND WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE ONCE I GOT THEIR THE OWNER TOLD ME HE COULD NO LONGER SELL ME THAT PART FOR THE PRICE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME BECAUSE SOMEONE HAD POSTED IT WRONG WOULD NOT EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT MADE ME WASTE MY GAS AND TIME ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
They made me wait over an hour saying they working on removing the part . So they told me they gonna get it ready in the morning and I called in the morning and now they’re saying they don’t have the part available . Stay away from this place , not professional at all.
The worst place have ever seen prices very high quality very poor thy want tons of money for junk will never go or call that place any more,they wanted for 2007 door dinged bent garbage quality 250 dollars bought it from good supplier for 150 just wanted to buy there for the color because had the same one for 25 years old door garbage quality offered them 200 usd they say no ..LOL that door will go eventually to scrap good for them.
They really need to take valuable lessons on the basics of something called "customer service," especially the owner himself whenever he's on the phone
Pay less for parts is the best place to go for your parts. I loved the price I got for a brand new bumper. My cousin even came and got her window regulator and she loved her price! Some of the employees could use some customer service skills but not all. Wannie was very nice!
Not sure why the low reviews, but Pay Less 4 Parts is amazing. Wannie is always so kind and even helps find me the parts if they don't have it!
