Claims this ran just fine. Engine looks like it’s never had an oil change in its life. Gm 3.6L engines are known for failures and are extremely sensitive to oil quality. I can’t knowingly put this in a customers car and offer a warranty on it.
Bad experience. No cash back only exchange for same part. What if they only have one part in stock? Which was my case. Sold me a leaky radiator and didn’t answer the phone after they seen my number. Pretty shady business might need to call rob wocheck @fox2news
My chevy Impala's transmission was gone. The service was excellent. They fixed my car for a good price, and had it done in two days. They had really good customer service and assured me that my car will be fixed. They gave me a 90 day warranty as well. I recommend this place.
Don’t buy from here. I never review anything but this just has to be done. They are very unprofessional and act like they don’t want to help you. Their customer service is subpar to say the least. If you’re ordering from out of state it’s even worse. They shipped my order to the wrong address. They told me it would be a week long process, but it took almost a month. I really only took a chance on them because of the 6 month warranty and the quick service they said they offered, but when I was sent the receipt it showed a 30-day warranty. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
Got a transmission from them they said they had tested put a 6 month warranty on it. I paid to have it installed by a licensed shop and they proceeded to ask me irrelivent questions to try and say the trans had to be good... they ended up giving me a different trans but wouldn't do anything for the inconvenience they caused me when I originally stated they were an hour and a half away and I couldn't afford to have this happen.... so I payed to have the same problem fixed because they sold me a faulty trans never again will I buy any parts for this establishment

I bought a bumper for Mazda 6 and he gave me wrong one I showed him the right one but he insisted that the one I had was right one I took and did paint job for 150$ I showed him and he said all he can do is switch it out for me and that means I lose 150$ no way.
