The worst business ive ever seen. I went up there to buy an engine and was told to wait 15 minutes for the owner to come in. I waited for hours since I didn’t want to drive home, drive back, then drive home again especially with traffic. The owner comes in and tells me he can’t today and to come back tomorrow. After all this the engine was rusted to shit and they have awful customer service. The other reviews were right and you should definitely take your business elsewhere.
This place is is a scam my motor on my car went out I replaced it on my own they sold me a BAD MOTOR i had to bring the car up there for them to hear the motor for they self they told me since I wasn’t a certified mechanic they can’t use the warranty and give me a new motor this is a worried Business the owner didn’t care whatsoever the motor was 2,800 all the money I had saved for getting my car fixed he told me the motor was tested good all lies I’m telling whoever see this do NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!
Never again haven't even hurd engine run yet and know there's going be problems selling a class engine for top dollar make you pay before you see it get it find out it's been sitting out side rusted to death and selling as a class product.also refused give money back for the core big argument basically lied right to my face so I laughed at him for the 100 bucks.im not even going get into itcwith him about it but I'm have picture of way thus a class motor runs all over town
You literally can't sell cars parts if you don't answer your phone just shut the business down don't waste paying your electric bill your employees suck
This place is a rip off try to sell me used engine for a 97 honda accord lx for 1500 and they 2000 rebuilt but im getting a rebuilt motor 1000 smh don't go here the owner is scamer
Worst salvage auto parts place to deal with made me drive up here just to tell me the part was still on the vehicle and hadn’t been taken off when I told them I was coming for it today told me I had to pay for them to take off the part they accept credit card and debit card at a fee but won’t let me pay for this part with a credit card so they want me to go grab the cash drive back up here and then drive back home drive back to get my part don’t do business with these guys
Needed an engine for my Chevy Express. Price had the best price, they upgraded me from a 5.0 to a 5.7 for a $100 more now she purrs like a kitten and has a lot more power. Thank you guys.
This had to been the worst experience of my life. I bought parts from them for them telling me that they’re great parts and they work and they said I have a 30 day warranty and then come to find out when I put the pardon it was broken and they said that that it’s my fault and that they won’t cover it. No, I have to pay out of my own pocket and it’s gonna come out of my monthly payments and I won’t be able to make my monthly payments for my house now. If you wanna stay away from problems, do not go to these people it’s ridiculous and they were really racist to me called me a monkey and a banana eater because of my skin color
The worst place ever I got ripped off. I am also going to sue him. He is not returning a transmission that I bought for $800 and he was really racist. He called me the N-word and threatening me. People do not come out here for anything they’re all broken and used parts that are still being used to sell.
Terrible company sold me a trans that wasn't for my vehicle then said they had a no return policy. Frank the owner is very rude and shouldnt be speaking to customers.
They sold me a Accord motor with really low mileage at a great rate. After installation the car purred like a kitten. Customer was happy, we're happy. Polite and professional. Look forward to doing business again. Thanks guys.
I just left there after purchasing an a/c compressor for an older model vehicle and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. The first part was slightly different than my original and my NEW parts guy immediately recognized it as being Canadian and pulled the correct part. Thewse guys get 5's all day from me.

I recommend not going there , first they lie about having reconditioned batteries when they are not , they are just used and straight out of junked cars , and most importantly they don’t allow refunds or even Exchanges!!!! First time seeing a business not having a exchange or refund option, They are straight up robbing people! Never going back in there! also poor customer service .
Pleasure to do business with. I was trying to find a rare part, the folks at Price pulled the part and sent pictures to be sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I was out of the delivery range but Faez offered to meet me on his way home. Very good experience with Price parts.

I came in bought an engine for my Dodge Durango. My mechanic installed it and it worked like a charm. Helped me save time and money. Very informative and reliable customer service.
my customer Was charge for core just like it says on the receipt got scam said it wasn't added on that sold my customer a low mileage transmission and it was broke and gave us a high mileage trans as exchanged so basically paid more for a high mileage trans that cost $400 go to parts galore before you go to them
I picked up a transmission last month & have had the best experience with Price. The owner Frank was extremely helpful & was able to answer any question I had. I highly recommend using this business & I will be a life long customer!
My nephew brung and old battery up here a week ago and he paid 55$ for a so called good battery... then he took the battery back up here because it was no good and they tried to swap it out with his old battery he brung to them the first time Don't stop at this place, if you have too, push your car past this place!!
Please don't shop here. They guy over the phone tried to charge me $100 for 4 used spark plug coils. At autozone and oriley 8 coils are new for $50. Avoid this place save your money!!!!
As a local shop, we look for local deals. Price Auto is by far the BEST auto parts provider in the metro detroit area. If they don't have the part, the will find it for you! Thanks again for awesome service and the excellent Engines and Transmissions!
Absolute worst business experience. Bought engine and a trans and both are bad. The owner faz will tell you its not under warranty even if it is. The guys has no idea how to communicate with customers. Absolute worse experience ever.
Buyers beware! This is the worst buisness i have ever dealt with! After having an engine delivered and a quick glance it seemed legit. I started to inspect the engine further and was disgusted at what i found. Water pouring out of every spark plug hole. These people lie and cheat! Trust me you dont want their buisness!!!
