I mean as if the consistent poor reviews weren’t a clear indication that this place lacks customer service skills, it’s needless to say who ever is answering the phone is completely unprofessional and rude. Had no idea it wasn’t common sense for a grown man to know to hide his misery in the workplace. Let alone while speaking to potential customers on the phone. Please hire a whole entire new staff ASAP or your business will continue to decline.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was highly unprofessional, and the staff at the front desk were rude and dishonest.
I purchased a driver axle that turned out to be broken. When I tried to return it, they told me it was non-refundable. I find it hard to believe that used auto parts shouldn’t be refundable, especially when sold in such a questionable condition.
This lack of consideration and transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable auto parts or decent customer service.

That's the second time we call this guy for parts and he has them listed for certain price and all of a sudden when we get their to pick the part up he says that the parts online are different and doubles the prices. Make sure you don't waste your time with those people anymore.
Agreed on a price over the phone. Went to pick it up and somehow the price went from 450 to 630 I got the part anyway because it was mandatory. It didn’t fit and I went the next day to return it. They started talking about a bunch of unnecessary fees they never mentioned about a refund and they took percentages out of my refund and all I received was $350 out of the $630 I spent. Very unprofessional people would not recommend these rats to anyone
Unprofessional people don't know how to run the business we agreed on a price when I went to pick up the part they changed the price on me. Just wasting time.

Bad customer service, prices doesn’t match the the website and when I wento pick it up they raised the price $50 more . And he said price when up in 2 days . If you want to open a business be honest with people
I called on part they have for $350. On carpart Try to sell it to me for $600 when i ask why you have it for $350 and you want to sell it to me for $600 start being very rude very unprofessional on the phone will not recommend this place to anybody.
I usually don’t put a review but this place are I called for switch window some random guy he don’t even know what kind a switch is answer the phone call said yes I do have it I said ok I drove 35 min after that I walk in said oh sorry I don’t have it so plz do not go to this place is a waste of time bad business

I called for a 2017 kia forte steering column assembly with a key the guy on the phone said yes we have it for 75 I asked the second tim to confirm he says yes. I was like ok let's go get it then. After a 30 min drive got there the guy at the counter said so its 165 for the steering column with the key. I told him we agreed on 75 what changed he says we'll it's a mistake it's 165.
If I could give them a negative 5 star I would.
I asked many times if the part works. He replied "Ofc, we won't give it to you if it doesn't work". Then he proceeds to give me an A/C compressor that doesn't work. Dealing with this business has only wasted my time and energy. Horrible services
It's a good place. Customer service is good but you have to know what item is suitable for your car because they will not find that out for you. My advice is if you don't know what part you need, stop by at your mechanic's first and find out that info from them.

Their prices are very reasonable. And their service is second to none. You cannot go wrong when you select One Stop Auto Parts.
They had the part I needed and took it off for me quickly. When I need something to strap down my piece, I forgot mine, they helped with that as well. Great people and experience all around
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!! Staff was very friendly and gave me a good discount on my part and even installed it for me because I was very low on funds! I have no complaints at all!! Try me out!!
