I would give them 0 stars if I could! We drove 2 1/2 hours one way to pick up a car they had for sale all while in communication that we were on the way. They told us since we were the first ones to call that they would hold it for us until we got there since we had such a long drive. When we arrived, another couple was already in the process of buying it! They had told that couple that if they could get there before we did they could buy it! Everything they told us was a complete lie! Trust me, they will screw you over if they get the chance!
Shadiest salvage yards I've ever been to will not ever return bought a transmission from them that turned out to be bad they didn't file there paperwork correctly and can't find an invoice for my purchase even though they admitted to remembering me buying it from them refuse to give a refund and refuse to give credits all of this happened in there warranty time frame as well I would not do business with them ever
Ron was my Driver. Very nice and cooperative. Honest about everything that was going on and helpful. He drove to Flint to pick up my junk car and communicated the whole time.

I had a poor experience with this buyer. He agreed to a set price before showing up, but once he arrived, he falsely claimed the car was missing a catalytic converter (when it was very much there) in an attempt to lower the price. I don’t appreciate being lied to or conned. Sellers, please use caution.

Called another company but apparently one of the acre drivers picks up for a different company as well. Was quoted $500 for my car over the phone. Which has everything and runs just doesnt shift. Once he got here he took pictures and checked that everything was there. Tired telling me I was missing a converter which I wasnt. My husband had to show him where to find it so don't trust them when they say something is missing. Then after everything tired offering me $350 for my car. I had better offers on Facebook just needed the car gone today. The guy tried haggling with us. If you quote a price you should honor that price. I understand if my car was broke down and missing a bunch of crap but it wasnt. I had low miles, brand new tires, and everything worked except for the TCM. He finally agreed to the original price but it should not have went that way at all. Do better!

Be very careful dealing with this seller. We bought a used transmission for our Chrysler, but when we asked for a return, they refused. At first, they offered to exchange it, but later denied the sale completely and claimed the part wasn’t theirs. No receipt was provided at the time of purchase, which makes the situation even worse. Very unprofessional and dishonest experience — I do not recommend doing business with them

be very wary of selling your car to them. they’re cheap and unfair. you can find better deals elsewhere. they basically robbed me and gave me 2x less than what was deserved. my fault, i shouldn’t have trusted them but make sure you check and not listen to their advice!
update: they asked to “resolve” the situation but continued to lowball and con me. they are scammers and will scam you to the end. one good experience with someone THEY find worth it does not equate to the amount of bad experiences with people THEY don’t find worth it. they don’t actually care about you or your belongings and don’t care what they do to take it from you. they just want theirs and they will con you into getting theirs. please don’t fall for their tricks. there are better options out there, keep searching like i should have.

Bought a hatch that was supposedly in perfect condition, just very muddy. After clean up at home it showed big rust spots and a cut wire harness, and they will not take it back.

Wasted my day off.
I was told they’d arrive to pick my truck up around noon, and I made it clear I had plans at 4. They assured me they’d be here well before then — but 4 came and went with no one showing up. Now they’re ignoring my messages entirely. Thanks for wasting my 4th of July day off. Completely unprofessional.
Not a good experience. They called me after 10 pm for a pickup the next day but they never showed up. I called and rescheduled for the following day. The driver never introduced himself and dropped the price 150. I answered all the original questions so why the change? He said we don't have the original catalytic converter but my husband told the driver he was wrong. Yep scam. If I didn't need to get rid of it I would have kept it and tried someone else.
Whatever clown came to my house was very rude. Tore up yard dragging vehicle across because he didn’t put it in neutral. Had the nerve to throw keys in my direction when I denied his $50 offer for a truck all because it was straight piped. Awful experience.
The driver that drives the white tow truck clearly doesn’t know how to drive well. Loaded with 2 vehicles he cut me off on Harper to make a right from the left lane to get on 94 west. Definitely won’t be using them if that’s how they drive.
I called this location ask for the passenger side fender for 2013 Chevy Traverse and provided them with the stock number and they said yes it is available, I drove for 1 hour, to hear the front desk guy telling me that this item is not available, I don't think it's hard to make sure that you have the item before you confirm with customer
Driving on 75 south Saturday 28 may 9pm. Dude has no headlights on and it driving the acre flatbed with his rear deck lights on full blast blinding the cars behind him with his head completely up his ass. Not a good look in a truck with acre written all over it.
Called then MULTIPLE times DAYS in a row to make sure they can pick up the car a certain time. The guy on the phone told me yes. I called the day of the pick up and he still said yes. When it was the time of the pick up, he told me it would take an hour for the drive to get here..... So either he wasn't listening to my questions when i called MULTIPLE times or he just didn't care. Not very professional
this business gave us plenty of windows for broke car pick up, and arrived early in that window.
