Great service! I needed a new hood for my car and I found one here on Facebook marketplace. They messaged back right away and my car was repaired within 2 hours of reaching out. The mechanic was even able to install it for me, as well as a grill they had that was perfect for my car also. And they were able to scrap the old parts so I didn't have to deal with it! Pricing is very reasonable and they had all the parts I needed and more. I will absolutely keep Hollywood Auto in mind!
This was my first experience and they were my 3rd call and the only ones that picked up right away. They told me a quote over the phone pretty fast for a junk car pick up. I asked if the number would change once they actually saw the car he said no. They arrived within the hour. They guy looked over the car and dropped the price down $100 saying something about the rims. Overall the experience was quick and easy but the change in price gives me pause to ever call again if I have to, especially since I asked if it would change.
Marci is so great… customer service is impeccable… it’s not often you come across someone that’s as astonishing as her and enjoys her job… thank you so much marci for helping my mother(Flora). She does such an amazing job.
I just wanna say this is the easiest experience I’ve ever had! They offered me the highest offer outta 9 other places and was here within 30 mins. They have earned a customer for life thanks to the guy on the phone and the driver Marci she went above and beyond! I’ve scrapped multiple cars and this hands down was the easiest and best experience. Anyone reading this stop what your doing and just get them to come get your car! I was quoted $450 for my 08 Lexus IS250. The driver got there and said due to no catalytic converter I would only get $200. The website says top dollar even if the car is missing major parts. I believe it was because I am a woman and I look very young I was taken advantage of. You guys are pathetic. I received $350 and I honestly believe the driver was able to pocket the extra $100. Never again.

Shifty business ethics. Told me on the phone they would give me $400. Tow truck got there and told me $350. I had to fight with them to give me the amount they originally told me. Guy says okay because it’s the last job of the night…
Came and got my Commander and paid what we agreed to over the phone. Arrived exactly when they said got the vehicle without trying to talk me down. Definitely will use there services again
There advertisements claim on the website atleste 10 times they pay up to 1000 for junk cars we’ll just so we are clear if you expect over 400 for a car that is 2015 or older you are SOL they only pay UP TO 1000 for new cars 2015 OR NEWER just fyi everyone
Called this place for a part since, you know, they're called "hollywood auto parts" and they said "we don't sell parts we're a scrap yard." And hung up. Don't go to this place, it's clear based on this interaction they make their money other ways than having customer service, these types of places usually end up biting you in the behind.
BE CAREFULL: classic bait and switch. I was quote $400.00 dollars twice for my mini van and when they show up they wanted to pay $300.00 dollars since it didn't have aluminum rim which was NEVER mention to me in either conversion BE CAREFULL
When I got there every thing seem great to found a car and the guy said nothing was wrong with it we looked under the car nothing but rust when we drove off for a test run a loud pop noise was made as soon as I turned the wheel and when I told the guy I want to explore other options at other places he snatch the key bad customer service terrible. Little to no option
Fast over the phone quoting. As promised PU time on 28th March 2019. They quoted me $300 for my 1977 Cadillac Coupe DeVille that was fair to poor condition, complete and running. Nothing missing except for the stereo radio. It still ran and was my regular driver up until 3 days ago when the frame and rear trailing arm let go due to the wonderful Michigan road salt. It was sold as a junk vehicle. Too much rot everywhere and unsafe to drive. The owner of Hollywood said the title would be assigned a scrap status title. He sounded honest/sincere/knowledgeable and I do have to take his word on that since I didn't get a bill of sale indicating that I am no longer the owner. I did however sign over the green title, filled in the miles, but left the buyers name blank. I did take my plates too.
Normally I don't do business without the right paperwork but in this case i was more concerned about ridding my driveway of the car. Legally I could be still on the hook if the title remains unchanged or the worst they try and sell it to someone else. I doubt it though. (although ,This has happened to me before and it cost me attorney fees to sort it out. i thought I learned from that experience.... I guess not) The owner of Hollywood assured me that I can cancel my insurance from that day on without worry. I would like to use him again in the future since I have another vehicle in the wings waiting. Again. Other than the legal worry end of it, the car was removed and $300 cash in my hand. Quick and easy. !!!

I brought my car from them right now everything is good my car is running perfect they just wouldn't come down on there price but $200 but I have an good running car.
They need lower there prices and other stuff that goes to cars.let the head light harness kit for car is $95 dollars that to much make it a little cheaper so when some comes in to your store they can afford it.
