Purchased a radio on 6/16/2025 that they claim was bench tested plugged it into our vehicle did not light up screen did not work called them on 6/17/2025 and said oh there’s nothing we can do it’s an electronic part. We told them you said it worked and it doesn’t work and they refuse to give us a store credit or a refund. I would never ever deal with these people ever again and I highly suggest that nobody else does. They’re dishonest and give foreign people a bad name
Worst place to buy parts from. Wrong and broken parts sold here and don’t offer cash back refunds even though you paid in cash. Charge a restocking fee because of giving you the wrong part. Very rude and hostile owners. Beware getting anything from this place. They should be investigated.
They brought out two dogs to try attacking me after asking to return two tires the lady at the front counter said she would return. They are crooks and highly do not recommend this shady shop as a place to buy any parts. They falsely advertise their items on carpart so BUYER BEWARE !
These people are extremely crooks I don't recommend anyone to go buy any parts they will not return anything for you they will give you the wrong part once you go take it back they'll tell you there's no refund .
Very bad service they resell bad parts and do not offer you a refund only credit and 25% restocking fee for more bad parts I repeat, do not spend your money with this place also, they only offer cash only that way you would never get your money back RIP OFF
DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!! This place is a complete rip off they sell you used parts with no warranty don’t matter if the part is bad or not and they overcharge you on prices which is the price of a brand new one I suggest find a different place to shop it and they always prefer you to bring cash and pay with your credit card.
Very limited parking, the part I was picking up was rated a A. Window was off track and there was a dent in it. Should have shopped else were, could have saved money for that quality.
I take my car to this place they are amazing people. I had a bad engine they put a reman engine in for me., I've dealt with these people for almost 8 years. I never had any problem very good service. They have cheaper parts then most junk yards. five star customer service.
Horrible place they had my truck for 3 weeks saying they were going to fix it, I called everyday for them to say they keep sending the wrong part...... y’all are the part supplier? Revived my truck back and it was worst off , costed me 2100 to get fixed
After being assured that they had the part I needed I drove about 275 miles to pick it up, only to discover they didn't have what they said they had. I should have had them email me a photo of tpwhat they had.
