that person at front desk is very rude he told me to go look at the part at the back and ask his worker his worker told me to go and look without helping me looking and then i seen that part air duct went there to ask for the price he tells me 20 bucks i told him 15 because it wasn't in great shape the spring was kinda lose he tells me don't cry over 5 bucks lol if you wasn't that rude i would've have paid you but ill take my business elsewhere you guys doesn't deserve no business ----------- Respond no it wasn't almost free it was in fair shape $15 bucks was pretty okay for that part but you made me drive all the way there by you without telling me the price on the phone if i knew the price i wouldn't have wasted my gas and came anyway i learned my lesson by the way it was my first time there but never again
Excellent customer service...I only had enough money to buy my part, and their mechanic was nice enough to install it for me...I will be doing business with them again.

Waited over 2-3 weeks for a rare part not offered by the dealer to be told it was sent to the wrong address across the US for someone else who wanted it. had established that I wanted the part first as it was considered still available for me just to find out it was sold out from under me by mistake but that I was now out of luck. Super disappointed in this kind of foolish mistake.
Called Monday to ask about a certain car part was told available. By the time I arrive I was greeted at the counter and helped with everything I needed and much more. Very friendly staff, no issues at all. Will return if ever needing parts for my BMW 535i.

Detroit City Imports and the owner Ramez are amazing. He has or can get pretty much any parts you need, helps you, great customer service and cares, which is very rare in my experience. He wont turn you away. Place is great. I would recommend any day of the week over any other parts places/ junk yards.
I will never come back to this place. Bought a navigation screen for my bmw and it was not working he refused to return and claimed it has scratches on it. Don’t buy anything from there.
