Super quick and friendly. Tim provided excellent communication throughout the experience. Absolutely a master of his craft! Incredibly responsive. All my questions were answered and everything handled quickly and professionally. Would happily recommend this service to anyone. I was really grateful to find someone so quickly to remove the car from my property.
No call, no show. I was left waiting. Only after asking for their ETA did they tell me they can into a problem and could “probably” come the next day. Don’t waste your time.
There’s a scam. And it involves this place. They will call you and set up a time to pick up your car. The towing company they send your way is called ACRE TOWING. Or called ACRE AUTO AND SCRAP. This is their real company. If you want to know how they will treat you when they show up, look up reviews for ACRE AUTO AND SCRAP. They act like they are competitors but are not. ACRE is the fall guy who gets all the bad reviews. If you’re interested and have read this far, please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go read my review on yelp for ACRE. Acre shows up, says your catalytic converter is missing and then drop the price by 250$. Then when it’s all done, this guy will call you and tell you that ACRE is his competitor, and that is the reason they acted that way, and to remove your poor review off of this company. Don’t fall for it. Don’t sell your car to them. Please. They are awful, and they will scam you.

Awful. Every towing place will give u the same money for your car. Go anywhere else. First, I was told they would show up before 5, and ended up not getting there until 5:40. Second, I was told I would get 500$ to scrap my car, and when they showed up they offered 200$. They say it was becuase the catalytic converter was removed, but it was right there, and the car had been in the family since new, so we knew there had been no work on it. They insisted, and wouldn’t budge. I would have gone somewhere else, but I had to get rid of it fast, and they didn’t talk to me about this before showing up. If they were going to cut the price by more than half, I would have appreciated a heads up on expectations for the car before showing up. And further, I know there was no muffler work on the car, so it all just felt like a scam to get when they’re allready there. Go anywhere else.
If they are not together, they should have warned me that this was a possibility. When they contacted me about this, they knew about Acre already.
Really good service, they let u know when they on their way, i got my car towed by Alex, we actually had a conversation instead of just him coming to get the car and leaving, friendly, good company and make it more than just a business transaction, would recommend him to others and ask him again if i need something towed.
It was super easy to setup up a same day pickup. Peter the truck driver was nice to talk to and even gave me some tips on keeping my vehicles healthy. He was familiar with a bike I had, and we talked a bit about riding stories. Overall I felt very comfortable with how I was being handled.

You absolutely do not always pay what you quote on the phone. When I called you I said I had a 1999 Honda Crv to get rid of. You didn't ask any questions and you quoted $500. I agreed to let you get it because you were higher than the multiple other offers of $450 that I received.. You said you'd venmo me the money after pickup. I literally had to threaten you and tell you you need to pay me now or I'm reporting my Honda stolen. You payed half of what you quoted me. I missed on getting $450 from other dealers because you took my vehicle even though you weren't satisfied. I told you to bring it back because $250 is lower than any other offer and it's not acceptable. So basically you took my car, didnt I pay me til hours later after I threatened you and you didn't bring the car back as you promised . You love to say you pay on pickup and honor price over the phone but both are lies. I will see you in court. You should have left my vehicle if you didn't like it not take it and then decide you'll pay me hours later and alot less than quoted. Poor business practice. Maybe you should ask questions about vehicles beforehand rather than relying on just year make and model.

If you're looking to get top dollar for your unwanted cars give these guys a call. They were great and didn't try do to low ball me. Plus they were at my house in less than an hour to pick my car up.
Alex Hadi who assisted me this evening was a really good person. He arrived within the hour from when I contacted them to help me with selling my car to Hadi Transport Services. I am glad I called Hadi to have a scrape car picked up. They offered to pick it up the same day but I had them come after the weekend. He was very kind and gave us a better price then the first person I had called. The first person was messing around to much so I called Hadis he was on top of his stuff at first he said he can do it by 5 I said we have an appointment at 5 is there anything else we can do he said one second please and called his brother and his brother said I'll be there in 10 minutes. Sure enough 10 mins later he was there, then we got everything taken care of with in about 2-3 mins and we were off to our appointment! Very pleased with the service I would recommend anyone there! And will be calling him again if I ever need anything!
I called round 2:30pm today (Saturday June 26) looking to make arrangements to have my daughter’s broken down 04 civic pick up for scraping later this week and was surprised when they said they could get it today. They were here by 4pm. What a pleasure it is to be able to get this vehicle removed today and not have to come back later in the week. Thank you for your prompt service. First Mike answer's the phone, you're not dealing with an online company that shifts you to another online company. Hes quick, thorough and provides the best quote for your vehicle. Once agreed, he communicates often until pickup, instead of dealing with a bot on a website. Provides proper payment for your vehicle and 20 minutes later the car is hauled away. Im very pleased with Mike and his company and recommend his company. Just read his other reviews.
Very efficient and quick came with in a hour to pick up my junk car thats been sitting in my garage for over a year. I also received cash payment for it and i wasn't expecting anything i just wanted it gone. The service was great and Mike was the nicest guy. In am a very happy customer . Thank you so much Mike
