Told me they had my parts, had me drive 45 minutes just to then say they don’t even have any parts for my truck. Asked for parts for a GMC Yukon Denali, the guy there pointed me to a 2000 Chevy Tahoe. Complete waste of time and gas
Since under new ownership, the gentlemen whos been pulling parts, answering phones and answering all my questions and other customers has done a wonderful job assisting me today! Most definitely will be back again and telling my family about this place. i do believe his name was “Max”. With him in business i do see this place coming along way.
My driver-side hubcap mysteriously disappeared, so I called and received a pleasant phone experience. Once I got there, the lady at the front window was pleasant, very helpful, and professional. The nice male from the back assisted me, he was also pleasant, professional, and got me my replacement hubcap. He even went above and beyond to give me a tool to assist in me screwing the lug caps that holds the hubcaps in, so that I didn’t have to purchase a new one… Overall, thank you both! I had an awesome experience!
