Called on a headlight. And might i add $550 headlight and i said how is was and where from asked how he was and he said "where are you from" so i told him and he said i don't ship or freight headlights period. I thought wow what a way to handle a near $600 deal I guess some people don't need to sell parts. One call and done with this company.
Absolutely amazing service. The guys helped me out of a jam and stayed late pulling a part for me and even price matched it. I made a mistake and went to the wrong junkyard and luckily they had the same part I needed. 5 minutes before closing, and only a few minutes after arriving. They started on getting me taken care of and they very easily could have told me to come back the next day. Stand up and above and beyond for a first time customer. Now I just become a regular and one of my first calls for parts from now on. Highly recommended for doing business with them. You are not just a dollar sign here and you are treated like a lifelong customer from the beginning. It's all about the little things like this that I look for with the amount of competition. Even if a price is higher and not able for price matching the fact of the quality treatment is enough for me to choose to do business with them even if it is more money it's well worth it.
