It 's worse than the Ford plant in Michigan , you can 't think of the organization of loading and unloading , you can stay longer than at the airport, no one knows anything, go there I don 't know where, there are no directions, they don't explain where to go. All darkness.
The two women that work at night are extremely rude. Shipping lady shut my hand in the window. Prepare to wait outside for about 15- 45 mins, being ignored to check in, and going back to the shipping window 2 to 4 times for bills. There's no cover either, while waiting to check in, so you'll get drenched by the time you're done if its raining or snowing.
Lack of protection from the elements during the long waits is just crazy. When the temperature drops below freezing you better hope your winter coat is good enough for an hour plus wait exposed to the elements
