I'm giving this company a 5-Star rating and here's why. Courteousness and fairness are the most important things to me. Today, my brother's vehicle broke down in Southfield. He needed to have the vehicle towed to Canton. Henderson Towing & Auto Repair in Oak Park told us it would be $250 and the wait would be 1 hour. Instead, we sat and waited over 2.5 hours with 3 phone calls to obtain an ETA, and got the run around each time. So, using Google I found T&T's Towing. I told the gentleman our situation. He was told the vehicle was also an AWD (because you can only use a flatbed with AWDs), and our location. He gave us a very reasonable price, told us he would be there in 10 minutes, and he was! He held to his word! Upon arriving, he was courteous, got the vehicle loaded onto the flatbed, and delivered it to the repair shop as requested. If I ever need a towing service in the future, I will be calling T&T's Towing.
I have used this company several times for car towing, battery service and tire change. On one occasion, my insurance company was unable to find a tow for several hours, so I did a search and spoke with the owner Mr. Chatmon. He was very professional, got to us in a timely manner and made sure my family and vehicle reached our destination. I will continue to use and refer when needed.

Man these guys are great ! They towed my car like it cost a million dollars ! Fast service ! Excellent pricing ! Very professional ! They even let me put my dog in their tow truck to keep warm while I waited for them to load me up !
