Really pleasant fellow to deal with. Showed up on time, as promised. Was willing to come in the evening, which is extremely convenient if you can't do it during normal working hours. And he gave me a price for my 2009 Ford Edge that was more than fair. If I need this kind of service again in the future, or know someone that needs it, he is my go to guy.
