I only have positive things to say. He gave me more money than what other companies were offering for my Ford flex, He was very responsive, he came out really fast, and the whole process took only 5 minutes.
Really pleasant fellow to deal with. Showed up on time, as promised. Was willing to come in the evening, which is extremely convenient if you can't do it during normal working hours. And he gave me a price for my 2009 Ford Edge that was more than fair. If I need this kind of service again in the future, or know someone that needs it, he is my go to guy.

Told me they were going to buy my car and junk it. Three months later I find out my car is on the road and it was involved in a hit-and-run with my old license plate. Do not trust. These people do yourself a favor and don’t even sell these people your car. They are the biggest scam artist you’ll ever meet especially the guy that comes to pick up your car. He’s a scam.

I was provided with a great quote over the phone. To be honest, I didn't think I'd get this much for my old caravan as it has some visible rust damage on the side panels. I was reassured that this wouldn't be an issue and within 24 hours I had cash in hand. This was SO MUCH smoother than I could have imagined, and if you're on the fence about where to take your car... A great company to work with. Hossain is very honest and gives you the correct value for depending on what you're vehicle condition is. The process went super fast, and I was given a great quote over the phone and the next morning, he sent his guy to pick my car up. He paid me cash on spot as promised. Great guy to do business with.

They came and looked the vehicle over and gave me exactly what it was worth. I am a female ,who doesn't know much about cars and with this guy ,no worries. Wish I could give 0 stars. Why would you tell someone you’re on the way and never show up, then ignore their phone calls and text messages? I gave this man my address at 8:19 in the morning, and he never showed up. I understand people get busy, things happen, but to ignore calls and messages all day? I thought I’d give them a try despite the bad reviews. Don’t waste your time. Bad business.
Very polite. Told me he was coming twice and didn’t show after I’d given my address to a stranger. Don’t know how he has all these great reviews. Not a man of his word. If you have something to do, don’t move it around waiting on him because he will never show!!!

Wonderful people running an excellent business. Called the owner Friday morning he gave me an estimate that I agreed with. Owners came out at my convenience to pick up my car. Was given fair amount for my car. Would recommend this service to anyone trying to get rid of a junk car. Honest, prompt, kind, and considerate!
...Still hasn't showed up after 10 days and multiple promises. Won't return any of my phone calls or text messages. I'm not sure how all of these positive reviews have been issued. I guess I'm just the "unlucky" one? I only waited because of what I was "promised". If only the company was honest and responded stating they weren't interested I would have moved on. The price was never my concern. I quickly found success with another company. I only wanted a returned phone call or text message. If that would have been provided as quickly as this review was responded to, I wouldn't have even bothered leaving a negative comment. Be honest and responsive.... that was my only disappointment.
They were very helpful and very fast. I was very thankful they helped take care of everything quickly and kept their word without budging on the price. There was no low balling when they got here. Very happy with the service.
Unfortunately we can't always tell how honest the people we hire are going to be. The guy that I dealt with was a scammer. Not only did I get scammed but so did the owner of this company. The owner is wonderful he did everything he needed to do as quickly as possible to fix the issues that I had. He is very concerned about his customers and how they are treated...let me tell you they guy that was hired scammed me for half of the agreed deal, once the owner was notified he immediately was in action to make things right and fired the employee as well.
After waiting for 3 hours on another company that never showed. I called and he was there within 30 minutes. I really appreciate his professionalism and business. I highly recommend this company. Thank you again!
