awful customer service, had a question with the paperwork and was more than willing to comply with they were saying but was met with complete utter rudeness stating to read the second page before getting the question out, if you ever have to deal with them good luck!! maybe they shouldβve hire people that have customer service etiquette!!
They are thiefs. We are a financing company, we hired them to do a repo and we went crazy to get the car back. They made up thousands of dollars in false expenses. Beware. Don't trust them, at first they seem nice and friendly.
Not mad my car got repoed, you can have it. Iβm mad that they got in the car without permission and without the keys, with belongings and personal information. They decided to bag all my stuff and not let me check the car to make sure everything was out. Guess whoβs missing personal items now because they have poor basic human decency. Further action will be taken, as I have video footage of the encounter with these people and the way they treat you on the phone. Karma does in fact make its way around in many, many ways.
