Don’t care that our car repoed. Don’t care about that. Wouldn’t allow us to check the vehicle to make sure everything was there. Luckily everything was in my purse. We’re missing out dogs car seat cover. lol let’s steals people belongs! Everything else was there even the Pennie’s and trash. And when you call the number is disconnected. Lucky we don’t file a police report.
If I could give this place a 0 stars I would.They go in your car without permission and steal then lie about it.Im not sure as to how because they said they had no key.Everyone who works here has and attitude and literally lie about everything.Legal action is being taken.
awful customer service, had a question with the paperwork and was more than willing to comply with they were saying but was met with complete utter rudeness stating to read the second page before getting the question out, if you ever have to deal with them good luck!! maybe they should’ve hire people that have customer service etiquette!!
Not mad my car got repoed, you can have it. I’m mad that they got in the car without permission and without the keys, with belongings and personal information. They decided to bag all my stuff and not let me check the car to make sure everything was out. Guess who’s missing personal items now because they have poor basic human decency. Further action will be taken, as I have video footage of the encounter with these people and the way they treat you on the phone. Karma does in fact make its way around in many, many ways.
They stole my children's car seats out of the car as well as my license plate and other items my front end was wrecked and in my backseat when I went to get my car back. I never knew that tow companies were allowed to destroy the car as well as Steal the license plate this is ridiculous horrible company they should be closed down
They stole my wife old aged wine out her car and literally dump all our things in a trash bag. Broke our expensive glasses and then had the nerves to yell at us. Never knew tow companies go through your things before you even have the chance to come get your car the next day! Btw, it was a FORD 2021 vehicle. No wonder they searched it! And stole out of it smh
I called today and spoke with Megan, who is one of their representatives, and after explaining that my mother fell ill and that I am trying to obtain her property, she was continuously rude, impatient, and unprofessional to the point of hanging up on me. She should be fired and not able to work with the public there. Her lack of patience and inability to communicate effectively shines horribly on their business and I will continue to be a bullhorn to that end.
WOW. I have never be disrespected by a service man in my whole life the way I was this morning. I can see why the business has under a 2.5 star. The vechile had been sitting 15 months so I let them know they needed a flat bed YESTERDAY when I spoke to Lacey. Today they show up in a red drop down truck. I commented to the driver they were suppose to be a flat bed, he replied to me VERY rudely he didn't need a flat bed as he knows what he us doing. Ok. So I tell him it's on flats as it's been sitting 15 months he says to me even ruder he is going to spin it and pull it the proper way unlike me he knows what he is doing! WOW. Was just trying to be helpful. So I told him he didn't have to be such a RUDE DOUCHE BAG, and he mumbled something under his breathe. The older man with the black cowboy boots was pleasant, and positive I thanked him. I think that I was correct in saying something needed to be done about the flats as they've been blocking the road for 22 minutes trying to put air in the tires which I told them wasn't going to work. Moral of the story if you want to be treated like a person and not trash call someone else.
The only reason I will give this company 1 star is because one employee made it possible. These people are rude, cut you off when you're trying to talk, break in your vehicles even when you tell them that you will provide them with a key. They have roaches as well, so don't be suprised if/when you come to claim your property and you see roaches in your belongings. I swear I wish I could put my recording up to SHOW my proof!!! And they started really giving me a hard time once the short fat lady heard me telling my fiance I was going to make a report. No problem though honey, you will soon be out of a job. And its sad how employees mess up a businesses money because of their ignorance!

These guys picked my car up from Mt. Clemens at midnight, took it all the way to Redford! I picked it up the very next day only 15 hours later, they stole my brand new spare and jack, and I didn't even realize it till a week later. So they've just let me drive around in the winter weather with no spare tire, shady ass 2 bit towing company.
Had to pick up items from my car, staff was excellent. Very pleasant and everything down to a broken pencil in the console was returned.
Wish I could give 1 million stars.
