  Called them up about a spare tire to replace mine because it's too rickety. The guy tells me he's going to go look into it, call back in 15 minutes. I call back in 25 minutes to give them some time. He proceeds to answer the phone and pretend that we've never talked, and he, "don't know about no spare tire". Then he acts like he is some other person, even though he had a unique voice, and it was definitely the same guy. What a clown show of a junk yard.

  Website shows part is in stock. Called them up to inquire about the part. The conversation opened with the usual year, make and model. Then I named the part and quickly responded with no we don't have that part. Easily could have been avoided if inventory was updated.

  This place is percent on point people no joke. I went to Danny's auto and got two horrible engines Inna row. Went to davison auto parts and got me 1 engine there and it was a very strong engine I highly recommend this place. He's all about customer satisfaction from what I see. He saved me from scraping my truck. Update 2023- my engine is still running strong as ever almost 3 years later. This guy really saved me an had the pricing and still does. He is still my number 1 part guy and I always call him up for parts first. I even got a transmission from him. Still running over a year later. This guy parts is quality. He is about customer satisfaction. He will try his hardest for u to make u happy. I seen I a customer walk in today and get so made at the guy that works there for no reason. The place the guy ordered the part thru sent him the wrong one so he had to explain to hum they sent me the wrong one. The owner got on the phone and the people he got the part back from and said it's broke and wrong I need a replacement asap. The customer still gave an attitude being unhappy. The owner got him a whole new headlight no problem. The guy still got mad at the owner wen it wasn't his fault. The company that sent it to the owner messed up not the owner. The owner made it rite and did wat he could. But overall this guy became not only my #1 parts guy but like family to me. If I'm on a budget he helps me out. And I'm sure he does it for the community. He is very busy to at times the wait is worth it believe me. Please visit him and tell him I sent you. If you have too show him my Google pic fine too. I will be getting my navigator engine here as well. He is my #1 parts guy like I said

  The best customer service Everything From the beginning to the end. Everything was wonderful!!!! I came 6 n half hours away to this junk yard!!!! They helped me bungee cord my hood onto my trunk and it made it all the way home!!!!!! I told them what parts I needed and thru had them cut off thr car within 2 hours!!! Very fast and wonderful customer service!!! Thank you so much

  I recently crashed my car and I needed parts for my car so call around to some junkyards unfortunately no one had my car parts nor did they had a decent order price. I found Davison auto parts and called right away and they had a few of my parts thank god but they also gave me a hell of a good price for the parts I needed ordered. The guy at the desk was very kind, helpful and respectful as well as the guy who showed me the cars that had my requested parts. If anyone is looking for a good place to get parts as well as feel at home, well this is the and only place I recommend for sure . I will be returning for any other parts I need in the future. Great establishment

  Danny at Davison Auto Parts was awesome! I needed a part that no one in the country had! He searched through his contacts for 9 months, until he found it! I cannot believe he put that much effort into this for me, when no one else would! I recommend him to everyone. He has very good prices! All this time and he would not give up! Use him, you would be sorry! One of the niced people I have ever dealt with!

  Thoroughly happy with the service, they got the part and found it for a reasonable price for me when other part stores were trying to charge an arm and leg. They were helpful and came to take a look at what was needed and did their absolute best to make sure my part came in as soon as they possibly could get it. My first time ever having to deal with something like this and they really helped take a huge hassle off my back.

  This is a great place to get both new and used parts. I have used these guys for parts plenty of times, and have never had a problem. If you ask for new parts give them time, and most of the time the price will be far cheaper than any other place you can get them including online. Trust me on that, I'm cheap when it comes to parts, and they always seem to find what I need and at a great price. If you are having a hard time getting through to them on the phone it is because they get 50 million phone calls a day, and the girl behind the counter is taking the calls as fast as possible while looking up the parts for people, all the while taking care of people at the counter. She is really good and will take good care of you. When you need a part give these guys a shot. you won't be disappointed.

  I love Davison.. I had an issue with my part. I touched and put in. I don't blame them with not returning money on a used part. I've never had an issue. They will give you store credit. But u do get your money back. The girl in the office is amazing and helped me a lot and the owner was just as nice. So if they were not nice to you, then you must have deserved it.
