Had a great experience with John today and coordinating my car to be picked up. He was very friendly and helpful and I appreciated that this company picked up the car for free. I was quoted over the phone and received the money in cash for my car when they got here and further assessed it. Lots of scrap car removal companies can be sketchy and don’t care, but this company was great and took care of exactly what I needed. After having a POOR experience with the Royal Oak impound (which is where John and the team met me to pick my car up from), meeting John and him being so great really made such a stressful situation much calmer and smoother.
