  This is the worse place in detriot i get a engine they been tested for the head gasket to be blown now I gotta pay to take it out and find a new engine on top of that I gave them all 100 dollars bill they give me a check knowing it cost 30 to cash it this not good business more like sand man come to America to Rob and still clearly

  I called and ordered a spindle from Joe. he said he would deliver the next day. I called the following three days every day and he told me they were working on it and they will deliver it that day in the end I ended up canceling. Their promises mean nothing they will lie to you at least Joe did.

  I called before hand to see if they had a front driver's side fender in navy blue and was told that they did so I fought through 50mins of rush hour traffic to get it. Only they brought me a light blue one so I told them that I needed the darker navy blue fender and was told that this was the only 1 they had! Smh like how hard can it honestly be to see that that part was nowhere near the part that I asked for or called about! And it didn't even look light blue, looked silver to me! Smh why waste your customers time like that!?

  I called around to get a replacement tire rim that was bent. U. S. Auto said they had it in stock and the price was much lower than other yards. When I got there and showed them the photo of the rim, they soon brought out a bright chrome one in the correct style. Unfortunately, my rim was flat finish. No problem. The gentleman checked the computer. In a moment I had the correct rim. Excellent service. Weirdly the front area was very clean. Not too many junk yards have that. I would recommend them.

  Called in to confirm they have the part 2 times and told them I'd be driving an hour away. Got there waited for an hour and they told me they don't have it! Be very careful when dealing with these people as they have ZERO regard for your time!

  Worst experience I've ever had at a junkyard. I told them what time I would be there and I was in a hurry so please have my parts ready. I got there 5 minutes before my stated time and asked about the parts and was told they were just on the shelf in the back. I waited for 43 minutes for someone to go back and grab the parts that were already pulled. Both the fender and the bumper were damaged more than the pictures represented. Also the fender was labeled incorrectly per year which meant the blue was the wrong blue.

  I purchased our first part from them about two months ago a transmission for a 2012 Caravan. I have now purchased two more engines and a transmission. I have been dealing with Amari and Paul when Amari is out. The communication is outstanding and the service top notch. I am very pleased with how they have treated me and my business. I plan on purchasing many more parts in the future from them. The prices are more than fair and the warranty above the standard 30 days that many yards give. Give them a call. I recommend them highly. BTW, my dealership is in Tn. They ship parts if you need shipping.

  I was so pleased about the customer service I received. There was barely a wait for our part. But here is the good part when we were at the register we were short on money I didn't add the core charge. Being that I came 85 miles I was devastated. The salesman didn't know l came from so far away and he lowered the price 2 times to help me with the price. He was awesome. I recommend them while heatedly.

  Good price! They are friendly. But I noticed one thing... When I saw someone put the strap with forklift on hi-lo to lift the transmission. That's scared me because it could be fall!. They need upgrade the straps to hold better and safety for everyone.

  I have been wrenching on my friends and famils junk cars in Detroit for almost 40 years. So i have no idea why i just found this place. I thought I've been to every part store within 10 miles of my shop. I've been here four times now They have really knowledgeable friendly service and part I got was cheap enough to where it did make sense for me to go to parts galore and spend the time pulling them to save a couple dollars. I'm not sure if they're like that on everything but I don't think I'm going to compare prices anymore im just going to go here get what I need and be done with it.You should really check this place out I'm glad I did.

  Knowledge and reputable auto supply location. Paul is the guy!! I was told my car had an electrical problem and was given a pricey quote to repair, then I went here for a second opinion. I was recommended by Paul to try replacing a window switch and wallah, my window worked perfectly. The parts are reasonably priced and the customer service is awesome, they have you in and out.

  Came down to buy parts and counter guy was not friendly, he wouldn’t work with us on prices either. Bought a part that had scratches and small dent in it and he only discounted 10.00...much rather deal with other yards Like Acme, Schram, or Highway!!!! Don’t spend your money here, unless you have to. You can get better deals at other yards down here!!!

  *AVOID* They give you the wrong part and then won't honor your return within 36 hours and claim "that part isn't from us" .... when it still has writing on it and everything. Other reviewers must be friends and family. This isn't my first terrible run-in with them (there were two others; one that they made 'sort of' right) but I was in a pinch, based on part availability and proximity.
