I recently had recommended some family to this establishment and I was not only super disappointed but embarrassed when I heard how rude the employee and owner were…. first they tried upselling the price of the part then come to find out that wasn’t even the part that was asked for the employee had it wrong! Without apologizing and with an attitude he gets the right item and it was broken! not only did they waste my family’s time they then proceeded to talk to my family like their stupid I highly DO NOT recommend this establishment!!
Sold me a bad trans on my 2011 BMW X5 mechanic put it in and it was very sluggish then he pulled it out and tore it apart just to realize there was water in the trans took it back to prestige just for them to tell me kick rocks and blamed me for water being in it saying you should’ve checked it before you put it in. Every junkyard drains the trans’s before selling and now it’s my fault they left it outside or the car was flooded not sure what cause DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I was lied to by the owner, stating that my vehicle was a certain series an the part would cost more money. A 35 dollar part cost me 100 dollars. Scammers.
Just so happened they had a hard to find part for my BMW. Answered the phone right away. Took their time to go in the yard and double check to make sure it was the correct part. I recommend giving them a call.

Stay away from this place, didnt wanna send pictures of the bumper, had to drive far out and they claimed it was perfect condition and when i got there is was trashed full of paint chip, dont come to this place people.

got a defective part from them, called right away. Very rude sales person picked up and said he is not willing to return it or refund the money. When I asked to speak to sales person who sold me the item and promised it was checked and warranted by them, he stated that person was not available and he is the one who makes the rules anyways.

My friend wanted a limited slip differential(LSD) for his BMW, found the it online then called to verify. The salesperson assured us that it was verified, because they called the dealer with the VIN to check.
Upon arrival, we had to show them how to check if the differential was an LSD or not, because none of the ones they "verified" were actually LSD's. We left without the diff, and had driven from Grand Rapids to purchase the part.
They had a surprisingly immense inventory, and the staff seemed understanding/apologetic, but my first experience was unsatisfactory.
