I visited Arrow Truck Parts and asked specifically for a brass bushing kit. Jeff assured me that would not be a problem. However, I later discovered that they do not even carry brass bushings and instead sold me a nylon bushing.
As you know, nylon bushings are plastic and are best suited for lightweight applications under low-to-moderate loads. Brass bushings, on the other hand, are metal and provide much higher load capacity, durability, and temperature resistance, though they require lubrication. Stay away from this place at all cost they will rip you off

I took my truck for a simple RE- PHASING of one yoke in the driveline, because of a vibration.
The problem, turns was not as simple as I thought. The team of professionals, showed me every legitimate causes of the vibration.
First of, this is a MACK drive train, and parts are not easy to get. Darrel got the Mack part before 10:30 am next day, unlike the dealer.
Before noon next day, the truck was finished.
Quality control by JR and 2 team members was thoroughly went over for more than an hour.
Nobody in the truck service business does quality control. This was a first FOR ME.

Knowledgeable staff. Changed out a 10 speed transmission, motor mounts, rear main and carrier bearing on my Peterbilt 389 carhauler in a day. Came here on a referral, would recommend them for any truck repairs.
These guys saved my bacon, and could have easily hoodwinked me into installing a new clutch. Instead, I wish I could remember his name, older gentleman. Anyways, he told me to pull into the shop, puts me on the alignment rack, grabs a mechanic and has him adjust the clutch. The clutch I just had adjusted at another shop, it is a two man job. He cranked on that adjuster like it has never been touched! And yes, there was a slight difference in clutch feel from the last adjustment, but nothing like this. I came in there with a seriously slipping clutch, it was bad, and I was ready to install a new one, they could have raked me over the coals but did not. When it IS TIME for a new clutch, Arrow will be installing it. Thanks guys!

Beware if buying from Canada... Unfortunately I was overcharged for a bumper you can buy for much less anywhere else and when it arrived it does not fit very good. I understand they sent me a quarter snippet of the bumper on a m112.... Just beware they will do anything to get the sale and you might end up being unhappy in the end.
I have a 00 Volvo with a N14 motor- drive shaft boot needs replacing- went to Volvo order the boot- wrong size- reorder new boot and again wrong size after 2 weeks of waiting- then Volvo said I have modified drive shaft on rig- so I went to arrow- took guy at the counter 20 sec to figure what I needed- literally 3 minutes later I was out the door - guys behind the counter really know there stuff- u only deal with guys that’s been in the game for years not no high school kid behind the counter-

I’ve been going to Arrow Truck for 12+ years whenever the company I work for needs certain driveline, suspension, or steering repairs/parts for our fleet of Class 8 semi-trucks. We use Arrow for driveshaft repairs on damaged yokes, slip shafts, twisted driveshafts, or to rebalance a driveshaft. Also go to them when we need worn out bushings/pins pressed out and replaced on our suspension parts, for flywheel resurfacing, or any repairs when we do not have the proper equipment to do the job ourselves. They do a great job with multi axle wheel alignments as well. Their parts department and repair staff are all extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. Arrow Truck is the best place I have found in the Metro Detroit Area for quality repairs, diagnostics, and great advice/recommendations for heavy duty steering, suspension, & driveline components. Highly recommend!

They get the job done. Had a driveshaft shorten and welded. They gave me the lowest price and the highest if I needed the u joints then it was more. Did a great job.
Highly knowledgeable staff. Great service to go along with that. They also carry parts and odds and ends that other places don't carry. And again, the staff here are incredibly well versed in trucks and all that goes with them.
Been using this repair facility for over 20 years. Every repair has been completed on time and at the price quoted. They actually have saved us money by detecting other problems on our equipment unrelated to the problem being worked on.. Quality work done here. I feel confident that our unit is safe when leaving their facility.
Bought a power divider of them. Got it installed. Drove it for less then 2k miles got to orlando florida then rearend went bad. Toke it to a mechanic the mechanc said the bearing in the power divider failed and messed up the rearend. Also got that in writing. Brought the power divider and paper work. Arrow says its becuase oil didnt reach the bearing. Impassable to give me almost 2k miles with out oil.

Not from here, was a little apprehensive. My past 4 or 5 experience in truck shops is far below shithy. Never hold out to much hope. This crew got me in, got me out. Repair appears to be fixed very well. Had a new driveline installed from tranny back. U joints, carrier bearing, shafts, yolks, I put shaft and bearing, reseal rear diff was leaking, shim power divider. Was a 2 day job. They took me to hotel and picked me up. Was very very pleased with the communication from Rich. He called me a few times just to give me a heads up, this is what is going on, this is what is needed; always very proactive on keeping me informed. I called ther a few times- able to get someone on the phone (who knew what was happening) to answer my questions. Very very pleased. Thanks ARROW for a good job, great communication, short downtime.
