Website inventory is not correct. Listed on their website were 2 parts that fit my truck. Guy says oh we crushed the car. Ok but maybe take the parts off of not only your website but other sites that they have listed it on. Also it says they had 2 different trucks so ... Idk just frustrating when businesses don't update their information. And it's not like they didn't have time to. I looked up the part Friday but they were already closed, it's Tuesday and the parts are still listed.
Don't even bother and call and waste your time ! That's almost the third time we go there to pick a part after calling and confirming the availability however the same guy that answered the phone apologies and said they couldn't find it !! Even his worker said he always does that because he is trying to sell the business and shows that he has inventory on car part !!! Very rude and improfessional owner by the way !

Terrible customer service. The person who pick up the phone did not speak clearly. When I asked a clarification question he chastised me for asking. I am glad I called instead of going in because I would not want to deal with him if there is an actual problem.
This junk yard is a very good one, the people that are leaving bad reviews are just people that dont know businesses work. I came in for a scion xb computer and the guy even started up the car for me to see it working , any other junk yard wouldnt bother to go that far for customers, not to mention how quick i got it, really suggest this place
Called for a part they had listed, guy said he doesn't know if he has it so he has to check and call me back. Been 5 days so far haven't heard from him.
Honestly I should have known better I have given them a 3rd 4th and even a 5th chance very unprofessional if you're lucky to find anybody there to help you and never have the part they say they have

Called for a part that car-part.com said they have 10 of in stock. Guy answers the phone i ask him for the part. Tells me “i don have” in a extremely rude and unprofessional way. I tell him theres about 15 different options at ur location on car-part. Again he yells “ i don have” and shuts the phone. I called back to ask if he can get me one and no answer.
Dont deal with these people. Your money doesn’t deserve to go to someone thats a waste of sperm. He should’ve been flushed down the toilet.
Very poor service, very rude staff, every time I call for something they say they have it, when I get there I wait an hour and then one of them ask me to leave because they were mistaken they don’t have the part
