I bought two set of Foxfire lights they arrived quickly, but one light arrived damaged, a corner of the box was crushed in shipping, I called and explained what had happened and they sent a replacement ASAP, more than happy with the products and service from truckntow. I will be ordering from them again.

I have bought many items from truckntow an have never been disappointed, from oversize signs an flags to chain binders,always get a great price on quality items an always arrive on time or early,I'm always watching their sales ads to see if anything I'm wanting or needing is on sale,problem is sometimes things are on sale at such a great price that weather I need it or not I get it since it's such a low price an I know one day I'm gonna need or want whatever it is I bought,,keep up the good work,

I drove from Florida to Alaska while securing a vehicle with a set of Vulcan straps. I had an issue with a strap but made the trip safely and securely. I contacted the company and they quickly and professionally addressed the issue. I was blown away by their customer service—responsive and action-oriented. Top notch! Happy customer!

The strap set that I purchased is awesome. The only problem that I had was with shipping (ups). Called and told them what happened and they took care of it immediately. Will keep purchasing products here.

Ups made me give a two stars. Because they failed to communicate their delivery issues with my address which is delaying my product getting to me on time. To clarify an address would be to reach out and ask a question about it which this company didn’t reach out to me nor did ups and they both had my info. Not to mention this is New York delivery. The issue was my apt number was after the address. Where am I suppose to put that? There is known usage of apartment numbers to be listed after the street address. SMH just upsetting. Other than that my rep was amazing at taking care of the issue. I’m still a bit perturbed but he helped efficiently and quickly.

Just received the silver-colored Vulcan anchor points I ordered and they look stout & solid... should fit & function perfectly on my truck's stake bed. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is this: Immediately after I placed my order online I saw where I could have purchased the anchor points in black instead of silver, which would be better because my truck's stakebed is black. But since the order was already placed, I quickly sent an email asking that my order be changed to black. And TrucknTow promptly responded that they couldn't change the order (?) and that if I wanted black I would have to cancel the order, then re-order the anchor points in black, and there might be a delay in my order. Hmmmm......

I have made several purchases in the past and never had an issue with Truck N Tow. I recently ordered a lockout kit and as usual received my confirmation email and shipping notification in a timely fashion. A few days later I get an email from UPS “United package Smashers” that my purchase had arrived. I get home to find that the condition of the package appears as though the UPS driver had used it in self defense warding off a rabid dog or something along those lines, the contents of the package didn’t look any better. I sent an email to truck n tow customer service explaining the condition of my purchase not knowing what to expect back as most companies try to pass the buck or blame the consumer for the damage. The next morning I received a friendly email back apologizing for the situation and notification that they were shipping a replacement out that day. They asked for a couple pictures of the Damaged product so they could take it up with UPS. I honestly think UPS takes these pictures and puts them in a monthly drawing for a best in crash award for the drivers I am very impressed with the prompt service and care I received and will continue to buy from truck n tow.

Summary. I will not shop there again. I was a snow chain novice who chose to buy snow chains for my SUV from TrucknTow after I found them to be very helpful in helping me decide which ones to buy and their 60 day return window seemed excellent. Shortly after purchasing them however, I did more research (always look at your vehicle user manual folks) and found that I should not, under any circumstance, use snow chains due to low clearance. I was annoyed that their expert help did not even consider that possibility and I was even more annoyed when the refund was so much less than the original charge (I just assumed it was the return shipping charges for the prepaid shipping label at the time). They suggested that I purchase the same snow cables that I had in my TruckNTow cart when we first started talking, so I did. When I received them, the model # did not match the model # on the website, so after a few emails back and forth, they finally let me know that the model #s on their websites are internal use #s and I did in fact receive the same ones I purchased. I was rather annoyed by now as there is no way to cross-check their wares at other websites as you have no clue what you are really purchasing and that they were charging way more money than Amazon for the same item, even before charging yet another steep charge for shipping (more than I paid walking up to the FedEx counter to return them). I decided I had enough. By now the need for them had passed and it was going to be cheaper at this point to pay the shipping charge to return them and buy the same item from Amazon next winter. So I paid to ship the unopened box back to them and discovered yet again that the amount of money return was again way less than the original charge. It was then I discovered that there was another link for the fine print that I did not notice the first time around that mentions a 20%/$25 restocking fee, for items that were never opened. In short, I would have been far better off just buying them from Amazon as I first intended as their worthless expertise and doubly deceptive (restocking fee and model #) website cost me a total of $85.
I appreciate that they took the time to respond to this review, I must point out that I have no problems with experts making mistakes. I make plenty of mistakes and go way out of my way to make things right when I do. My main problem was with the deceptive website. 1) You do not show real model #s so there is no way to check what you are actually selling and even when I asked, it took several emails over several days before you finally admitted that the one on Amazon was the exact same one I was buying from you but for 40% more money (and only after I finally bought it). 2) Your prominent link to your 60 day No-Hassle Returns policy is mostly empty space in which you could have easily put language in there regarding restocking fees and that shipping charges are not refunded under any circumstances. 3) Thank you for not charging me the restocking fee for that first purchase. I was completely unaware that there was a charge and unaware that you waived it for me. But you did charge me for the not small shipping charge. For the 2nd purchase, before I realized that you had a restocking fee, I was expecting the refund to be 100% of the purchase price plus tax paid, instead it was some other amount that I could not figure out, at which point I finally noticed the restocking fee. In the end, I paid a 21.12% restocking fee plus shipping both ways, which I am okay with because the bad decision was mine to purchase them from you and return them unopened because I wanted them handy just in case for that one trip. My annoyance was that I did not realize there would be a restocking fee before I returned them because I did not notice the link: Please click here to view our full "legalese". Very very slow. They say my order will be able to pick up in one week. But i am waiting for a month. I tried to cancel my order, but they wanna charge 330$$ from 1000$$ price of my order. Don’t bay anything from this store. If you have another chance.

Wast of my money. I baught 10 ratchet straps for my car hauler. Product quality is very poor (the worst ive ever used) Strap hooks kept breaking wich is really dangerous . I only have 2 or 3 straps left. They didnt last even 1 year. The ratchets are Not working properly. After less than a year the ratchets are getting stuck and I had to spray wd-40 on them. I had to buy from them because i didnt have time to order online and wait. Im going to stick to the big orange products from autohaulersupply. They proven to be the best in the industry. And their straps are way better and cheaper than truck n tow. It was a mistake doing business with this place. More expensive for really junk products.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. Shipping is a huge issue for them. The website clearly states that items ship in 1-2 business days. What this means is that they will print a label in that time. Day 4 and it still hasn't shipped. Good luck getting your product from them. After calling them they said they had to manufacture it first.

Terrible. Ordered a shipment of tool boxes to be delivered to two different addresses. They repeatedly messed up the order and kept sending stuff to the wrong addresses, then tried to blame me for the mistake. I asked for some kind of discount or refund for all the hassel, and nothing was ever offered. Meanwhile, I had to keep apologizing to my customer.

Please note that this is only for the last transaction I've made with them. I've ordered numerous items from this company and have had pretty good luck, however all good things must come to an end...........my last order, which was important, enough to pay for 2 day delivery, was a bust, I call them on the 3rd day to find that it has "just shipped out" and I won't receive it for another day. Why do they offer the expedited shipping and charge outrageous prices for it if they can't get the order out within a reasonable amount of time. I am very disappointed with this transaction.

Recently did an order w/ them. After i completed my order they noticed that i didnt order everything i needed so they call me to confirm that I didnt need it. But I did and they fixed it for me over the phone! Also, the lady who called was awesome to work w/. Very polite and helpful. I have never had customer service like this before from an online order!!!

We recently bought a light bar for our flatbed tow truck for $1100.00. It took several weeks to receive it, we let that slide. Now not even a year later the white lights on the one side have quite working. There is a 5 year hassle free warranty on it. When we called in to inquiry about the warranty we were told we would have to send the light bar in for them to look at it.... This means we would have to take it OFF the truck and send it in...which means a lot of work for me and the truck would be down while they had it...and the cost of shipping back to Detroit MI I'm sure isn't cheap. NOW define "HASSLE FREE WARRANTY???" I then asked about having it looked at at a local shop to avoid all the hassles... and send them the bill...they told me NO...that would VOID my warranty... Needless on the truck we just bought that needs a light bar...we will not be purchasing it from Truck n Tow!!
