I would like to sincerely thank this towing company for their fast and professional help. During winter, I ended up in a difficult situation — my car slid off the road, got stuck in a snowbank, and ended up in a ditch. There was no way to get out on my own.

I had my vehicle towed to bbk towing and came in to pick up. I was upset at first of course, but I received good customer service and assistance with my car thanks
It’s super HOT on the side where the customers are. They have nice AC in the office (other side of the glass) this alone made it for a horrible experience and I’m confused why they allow their customers to suffer like that

Very nice people! I went to Ford Field and parked where I shouldn't have and got impounded. My fault. If you have all your paperwork (registration, proof of insurance, owners drivers license, and proof of paying the $75 Detroit fee) it's a simple thing. They even have an email you can send electronic forms to if you can't print it out. If paying cash, BRING EXACT CHANGE. My bumper was damaged when towed but they were very friendly about it, looked back at their pictures, and verified they were at fault. He was very apologetic. He told me I could take it to a shop and send him the bill. It was an aftermarket bumper I installed so I told him no need to pay a shop, I could swap it out again so he paid me for the bumper. I'm sure they could have denied it and got away with it but they never once denied anything. He immediately said "let me check out our photos and if we did it we will get you fixed up". No one is happy about getting their vehicle impounded and it could have been a much worse experience. If I'm ever in the area and need a tow again I would definitely call them.
I would like to compliment this company and indicate that they deserve a recognition for an outstanding customer service. I received personal attention and felt as if they attempted to go above & beyond to provide assistance and resolution. I wish every business was as devoted and professional as these guys are.
