  They are horrible people. They don't care about customers whatsoever it is all about money. I got a letter telling me I had until Friday to pick up my vehicle I got there on a Thursday they charged me an extra 100 even though I had until tomorrow to pick up. Do not use them if you can help it.

  Removed my keys from my keychain and claimed they never touched them but yet give me a locksmith card to get a new one. Very corrupt try anyway to make you pay as much as possible, they are really aiming to take your vehicle completely when you can't afford to pay all the extras. Very scandalous Business run by Detroit Police Department
