They got to me in an hour. I was stuck on a boulder in a driveway and needed to be lifted out, they made it happen and with no damage to my vehicle. 5/5 works always recommend then in Detroit. I did pay more than the original quoted price but there were special circumstances
I don't recommend this company they hooked my car up WRONG and it cost me $400.00 to get it fixed they hooked it up in the wrong place and it bent a rod had to have it replaced
They were quick, responsive and helpful. Up front pricing; just know that paying by card is $10 more but that’s standard at the towing places I called.
Extremely fast and reliable towing. Other tow companies in the area told me it would be a two hour wait, but the owner of Blk Knights arrived in about 20 minutes. My car sits very low, and I usually have to remove the front bumper to avoid damage during towing. That wasn’t necessary with Blk Knights. He came prepared with wood blocks, lifted the car, and towed it all without damaging the bumpers. I’ll definitely use their service again—they really take care of you like family. Thank you!
I am traveling through the Detroit area and had my car battery die on me- Staying at an Airbnb, I needed my vehicle out of their driveway quickly, I was extremely relieved to have Blk Knights Towing arrive within half an hour. They were kind, helpful, fast and affordable!
I called them on a Sunday afternoon. They got us taken care of within a half hour. The price was fair and the driver was very understanding of my situation. 10/10 recommend
Called for a tow said 20 mins after an hour I called back and they stated they were east and will call once in the area. The person never called back. Unprofessional

I called everywhere on a Saturday they were either too busy or too expensive. Then I Found him while I was driving he was dropping off another car off. I asked if he was busy, he said yes but that he could still help me. He showed me love with the price very reasonable. Also great service and very experienced. He even helped me push all the way into my tight driveway.This is now my go2 tow company. I appreciate you so much for all your help, and time saving services. 2002 ford ranger
I’m a 38 year old Dietary Aide and Notary Public for the state of Michigan. Unfortunately unlike the other reviews I did not experience the best customer service. I asked the gentleman if he needed the keys to initiate the tow and if it was okay to meet him at the drop off location to pay for his service before starting business. I did not get the service without hostility and backlash. The gentleman was refusing to tow my car because once he got to the location, it was parked at a house in Detroit at 1pm on Sunday. He said he’d rather be at a building or parking lot than a home because he doesn’t want anyone to shoot him and he doesn’t know me. Interesting the business is called Black Knights because I thought his response was rather cowardly. He also threatened to take my car to the impound after asking if this was my exes house after a bad break up. The unprofessionalism and lack of respect was to an extreme. After proving with paper work that it was my vehicle to tow he proceeded. I could not help where my vehicle broke down, the same city that this business is established in, Detroit… I understand that towing in certain areas can be dangerous but I assured him that I was not bringing him to an unsafe situation. If this is his concern, he should not conduct business to or from Detroit. I paid him 10$ more than what he asked for but I feel I deserved an apology or a small discount, possibly my change back or acknowledgment that he could not give me my change. But I know I’ll get it back through Christ. I have never dealt with that type of hostile service from a towing company. There is nothing wrong with refusing business for safety reasons. But the way it was handled was totally uncalled for… I was disgusted by your attitude but truly God bless you Sir. I graduated with a business minor and pledged a business fraternity. Please learn business etiquette even if you ultimately refuse a pick up. I’m giving a 1 star review for rude customer service and lack of change or acknowledgement of that.

ITS 8:05pm. I legit called around 7:00pm! I didn’t even get an answer! They called me back as I was still searching! Had the Cheapest price, was very professional even though I asked 1000 questions! And when he said he was sending his driver they arrived in seconds and had the job done all within 30 minutes! Had I called them when my tire blew out ON MY WAY TO WORK, I would have still made it! I will be BE USING YOU FOR FUTURE! The best thus far…..
Juan was awesome, my cars battery was dead and in the garage in a tough position to remove, Juan did an incredible and safe job getting the car out of the garage and to the dealership. He took his time and made sure everything was done while making sure my car was protected.
We went to the Henry Ford Museum of Innovation and our car failed to start back up when we went to leave as it was too cold (4⁰ F)
Unlike AAA which didn't assign us an agent until 19 hours after we called them, Blk Knights Towing and Recovery came roughly an hour after we called, managed to jump start our car (which we believe has a failing starter). It cost us $50 for this service, which is a small price to pay in our opinion. Thank you very much!

Not only did they provide fast, reliable service, but they also gave me a ride to the location where my car was being towed. Got a flat tire on the freeway and did not have proper tools to complete a change. No joke. Blk Knights towing was there fifteen minutes after my call and changed the flat, got me back on the road. Driver was very nice as well. Thanks guys!!!
Top notch service, waited 4 hours for AAA, no show. Called these guys and showed up in 20 minutes. Great guys, fair pricing, and quick service. Got my lowered car on the truck no issues. Highly recommend
Awesome and friendly service from these guys, took great care of my vehicle when towing and loading it. Price was super affordable and reasonable. Will definitely use them as my preferred service in the future should I need future tows. Also would like to add that the response time was super fast I think like 30 minutes from the call placed to pick up which is awesome! If you need a tow or any of the services they provide look no further cause this is the place to use.
Absolutely amazing service. I ended up in a ditch/thick brush after someone pulled out in front of me in traffic. Emergency situation to say the least, after calling 5+ tow companies Blk Knights Towing was the only company to answer the phone/have a truck available, at about noon on a Saturday. After a friendly short conversation they had a truck on the way to my location and arrived in under 20 minutes. Upon their arrival they took a look at my situation and had my truck back on the road within another 20 minutes. Would highly recommend too anyone in need of a tow.
My daughter needed a tow at 2:30am. Tire rod broke. I found a tow company that was willing to assist. The price was unusually high, but this was an emergency because her vehicle was blocking a side street. So I went with their price. I was guaranteed that the tow would be no later than 1 hr. After a two and half hour wait. I called them and was told They WILL BE ON THE WAY SHORTLY. I immediately cancelled. I was lucky to find Black Knights. The price was far less than the other tow. And I was promised arrival time of 20-30 minutes. Music to my ears Blk Knights arrival was 30 minutes exactly. They were very professional in their manner and work. I have dealt with many different tow companies. Blk Knights definitely best I’ve been involved with.
They were very prompt as well as just being very quick with their work.Very friendly but still remaining professional. Definitely calling them first next time
