What an easy, experience I had today. I needed to get rid of a couple vehicles that we decided were not worth the repairs they needed to be daily drivers. I texted Mr. Lees the year, make and model of my vehicles and assured him that I had the clear titles. He texted back and we agreed on a price. He set up a towing company to come pick them up. They asked for pictures of the titles, an address and phone number, and gave an estimated time of a couple hours later. They showed up, took some pictures, made a phone call, loaded up the tow truck, had me sign off on the titles and the receipt for the cash agreed upon and payed, and drive off. Easy Peasy. I'll be doing business with Mr. Lees again, I'm sure! And two cars at a time was a real savings of time! Thank you!

I’m surprised that most of these reviews are five stars. I had an appointment to get my car removed this morning at 10am. No call from a driver until 10:35 after texting the owner confirming that we were still on for today, not even a reply from the owner. Wait one hour and fifteen minutes before trying to call the driver to get an ETA. My call went unanswered, so I texted the owner again. Radio silent. Tried calling the driver again after another ten minutes, got my call rejected, and a text that just said he was on his way. After waiting a total of four and a half hours past our scheduled appointment, I cancelled.
My partner reaches out and I hear that he isn’t working today because it is his anniversary. That would have been nice to know that was the reason that he was going to be unresponsive, and when he was confirming my appointment. You knew when your anniversary was.
All in all I just do not recommend this guy. The company he contracts out is terrible and the lack of response on a day I had scheduled services is just plain ridiculous.
I'm one of those people that procrastinate on tasks. Especially if I don't know what I'm doing. Getting rid of my hunk o junk was one of those long time procrastination things. Like, a year kind of long. Don't judge. Anyways, this guy made it so simple. All I had to do was sign the dotted line, count my money and they took care of the rest. The price I was offered was WAY better than I would have got for it at a scrap yard. Within 24 hours of initial contact, it was finally gone. And it was so painless. I will definitely be contacting again in the future.

Excellent service! I called to have my car junked around 10am today and received a text message less than an hour later with a time of pickup! I was expecting the tow truck to come in two hours but he was actually here in 45 minutes! He was very nice and very helpful. They quickly towed the car, I got cash in hand, and just like that, the car was sold! They will come to you if you need them to but if you can bring the car to the shop they’ll give you up to $100 more than you expected. I couldn’t make the trip because my car engine was dead but if you can make it there it’s worth the trip! They pay top dollar! I couldn’t find a better offer elsewhere. Highly recommend for the metro Detroit area!

The driver Lee sent was professional and timely. In this time of Covid he wore a mask. Driver confirmed his arrival time in a call, he arrived, he showed concern about where he needed to place his truck. Such as no septic tank etc. I really appreciated that fact. Driver handled the paperwork thoroughly,
had me open the envelope to make sure the amount was correct. We completed the transaction and away he went.
