Roodi is simply the BEST! My car was a very difficult, delicate tow, a custom built race car that is lower to the ground than most exotics. He tried multiple ways to load the car, which was necessary to ensure the car was not damaged. More importantly, he was on time. Unlike most tow experiences I've had, he said he'd be there in 30m and he was. Above and beyond he helped me roll the car into the garage which was not expected but very much appreciated. If I ever need a tow, I know who to call, and you should too.

Best towing experience I have ever had. I had to deliver my truck to 2 shops. I was quoted an amazing price, more than $100 less than the BIG tow company. This is a single truck operation with the owner as the operator. Just a good man feeding his family and not taking advantage of people to get ahead. Had a tire come off of my car on Southfield freeway. Called up Easy Load Towing and Roodi took care of me without any issues. Once loaded and back at my house, he helped off load the car in such a manner where we could place a spare tire on it and roll it easily off the bed into the driveway. I waited for AAA for over 2 and a half hours before I called Rudy. He picked up the phone right away. He gave me a time frame and price and arrived within 15 minutes. I really appreciated his help and kindness.
Rudy was very knowledgeable about the Model X towing process, especially when the low voltage 12v battery is completely dead, and how to access everything. Happy that he uses a full flat bed. I was super paranoid, because this was the first tow I've ever needed with Falcor (my magical luck dragon X :) During the whole process, Rudy was super patient and answered all my questions. Highly RECOMMENDED, GREAT timing and communication. Price was cheaper than any other tow company and be didnt charge me for skates. I scheduled a tow for a few days out. When my situation changed and the tow had to be moved up to today for a specific time frame, he was very accommodating and understanding. He was friendly and did an amazing job. I am very particular about my vehicles and I had no worries or concerns throughout the entire process. I drive a very low car, and every single towing company I've ever been through always scratches the undercarriage. This is the only company that hasn't scratched my car yet the man I worked with was very professional, and did not rush the job or up-charge me.
