Had an appointment 11-3, called at 3 and was told the truck broke down and it would be 6-7. Called at 7 and the guy said “I said it’d be later.” Finally got a call after 9 and agreed until I realized the time, so they scheduled 11-3 today. Called at 2:30 and demanded a call by 3 with an update. They called at 3 and guaranteed by 7 that they’d be here so work didn’t have to be missed for a third day. The truck arrived around 5:15 and everything was fine.
Once they communicated they were fine to work with. I just wish they would have communicated better to begin with.
Customer communication was great person in the office called me to narrow my appointment driver narrowed it closer this is something important for customer satisfaction. Driver was kind considerate and with a smile tow truck was in great shape and clean something you do not see in a tow service very often. Driver knew what he was doing and was quick and even got my vehicle to move on its own at least for a while. I would now recommend these people and hope that they have a long and good history and would definitely use them if the need arises.
I was stalled on the middle of Ford road and one of their drivers towed me off the road into a nearby parking lot free of charge. Great guy great service
Faster than they promised. Friendly service at the same time. Sad to say P&W towing dropped the ball. Sad service. Requested that I ride with driver to repair shop. They show with no seat for me. I waited an hour for them. Motown city towing saved the day. Thank you MT.
I was stuck in the Ford Field garage on a busy game day with a flat tire. I thought I was missing some parts to put on the spare tire, but Dave from Motor City Towing and Recovery was determined to find them -- and he did! It would have been a stressful towing situation, but he was knowledgeable and patient enough to find what I needed, plus very professional. Super thankful for him!

The young gentleman arrived quickly and got my car up on the truck very efficiently. He was professional the entire time and got my vehicle to the shop in a timely manner and helped make a bad situation a little better.
When you almost hit us cutting threw traffic from exiting a gas station you earned this. Stopped at a red light you fit your rig threw cars coming to a stop. Blocked 3 lanes to better fit your super busy life. Well I hope you don't hurt no one. Plus cutting into road work area to correct your horrible driving was icing on the cake. Oh wait you decided to then speed meaning yes over the speed limit to pass us in the work zone was the cherry on top. Stop driving before you kill someone please. I won't call you for a thing wow.
Great experience! I will be honest, I did wait for a while but that's to be expected - I understand there's other cars to be towed and I'm not the only one! I did appreciate that I was able to contact someone (I sent a text) and received a pretty quick response. Driver was kind and made the experience easy. I would definitely recommend MCT&R and I have them saved for future referrals.

This was the towing services Peddle scheduled for towing my vehicle and I'm so disappointed. They are listed as a 24 hour service, though I don't think they understand what that means. I called the night before the scheduled pickup, nothing. Called numerous times, Left voicemails and sent messages during the time frame window for pickup...nothing. I was moving out of state today and I needed the car gone. I literally just wanted some form of human interaction giving me any grain of information... Nothing. Ended up selling my car to another company and their tow literally came in 30 minutes. But to be honest I just appreciated that they communicated with me, and gave me estimated time and updates. Even though they (Motor) didn't answer any of my previous questions or messages they did call me less than an hour before the time frame window was over to tell me they were coming. But at that point I already got rid of the car.

I usually don't leave reviews but this experience made this necessary. AAA sent me this company to tow my vehicle from an impound yard. Before the driver arrived I notified them that they would need the proper paperwork to enter the yard and was told no worries all paperwork would be on hand. When the driver arrived all the paperwork needed was not on the driver. The guy from the impound yard told the driver to have it sent over from their office but after trying the driver came back and said dispatch refused to send it over. The driver's exact words were "The dispatchers are too lazy and too occupied playing around on tic tok to be bothered to help a customer I'm sorry." Then I was told I would need to find another tow truck. Since the impound lot was closing soon I didn't have a choice but to pay for another night in impound and possibly wasted a tow. Very disappointed and I will be talking to AAA about this company to ensure I don't get them in the future.
This place charged me $185 to tow my vehicle 14 miles. I was alone, it was dark and I was desperate to get home from work..........the guy who came was nice, but who wouldn't be knowing that they are taking advantage of you!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
