Fast and efficient service. Anthony was mad helpful. He asked what I wanted, got it in five minutes and we were out with affordable prices.
When asked about the return policy, I was lied to. I asked was part that I was purchasing a special order item was told no. I tried to return my part of course they told me it was a special order. The policy on returns is diabolical. I purchased a part Tuesday.You only given a seven day grace. Period. I’m getting eight days later.
So I originally came here for a transmission In November of 2023 for my jeep. Transmission ran great.. Ody assisted me & was pretty cool very great customer service.. so during the cold months my battery was drained 🤣🤣 so now I need a battery.. anyway he gave me a good reasonable price then any other auto part store! Even for them to be a big name too.. moving forward I’ll shop with them for good priced & great customer service
