This place tried to sell me a headlight assembly for the cost of TWO. Not to mention I came in inquiring about the price online and asked why’s it damn near a $60 difference, he’s gonna say a “shipping fee”. I walked out and ordered two headlights from 1AAuto. This place ripped me off on the price of this part by 3xs the amount and I never opened the part I went in for a refund and they took over 45.00 for me saying it was a restocking fee of 25 percent when it came right off their shelves in store. I am so done with this business and the BBB should look into these upcharges and return policies that just took the money I needed for another part disquesting to be this greedy never again buyers beware

I wish I didn’t have to leave a star but that was the only way I could leave a review. I ordered a part that came in three pieces. I was told it was the entire package that was I was getting. I paid upfront and was told it would be there Tuesday due to the holiday.
I went and picked up the package and as we our loading the package one of the employees states “your going to need an axle with that “. I explained that when ordered they said this was all I needed. I ordered the part because I needed it. They told me the part would be there in 2 days. I pick up the part that was already was supposed to be included in the first package. I dropped it off to the mechanic and he calls me the next day and said I needed an additional part that was cut off. I called Holbrook on 7 and Hubbell they knew exactly who I was when I asked about the missing part and all the representative could say was some times they are cut off but he has a good deal for the missing piece. Holbrook Auto Parts are crooks and I would caution buyer beware because they take your money under false pretenses and sell the parts that are supposed to be a package for one price and start removing parts from the package and sell them one by one. Common crooks that don’t care about customers or customer services.

When asked about the return policy, I was lied to. I asked was part that I was purchasing a special order item was told no.
I tried to return my part of course they told me it was a special order. The policy on returns is diabolical. I purchased a part Tuesday.You only given a seven day grace. Period. I’m getting eight days later.
So I originally came here for a transmission In November of 2023 for my jeep. Transmission ran great.. Ody assisted me & was pretty cool very great customer service.. so during the cold months my battery was drained so now I need a battery.. anyway he gave me a good reasonable price then any other auto part store! Even for them to be a big name too.. moving forward I’ll shop with them for good priced & great customer service
Ant was exceptional! He provided the utmost positive customer service and was very patient. They price matched and beat two competitors. Holbrook is the place to go!!!
I called because I needed a battery. The associate was real nice and told me what to do and suggested I have my son do certain things to obtain the best one. My son had no problem and stated the salesperson was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend. They saved me some money.
