I called a few towing companies that didn’t show up, but Royale Towing came through. Sam arrived quickly, was professional, and handled everything efficiently. Great service highly recommend!
I recently had a great experience with Royale Towing I usually am a returning customer but this time had me wanting to write a review. When I needed help, they arrived quickly and got straight to work. The owner was really nice, He was friendly, making sure I knew exactly what was going on. The dispatch team seemed well-organized and professional.

This towing company was amazing. The individual that was towing our car was extremely kind and helpful. He was very skilled at his job in that he wasn’t using a flat bed tow truck and was able to back are car into our steep drive way. The customer service was beyond fantastic!
I called and he answer and told me someone would call which he did mannn I was calling all over Detroit ridiculous but they came thru and the guy came fast like lightning McQueen and I’m so thankful and grateful he got my keys out of my car I even had triple A they never came f them if you need fast service definitely hit them up

These guys are amazing! I called about 6 or 7 towing places before I called Royale towing. All the other places either didn't answer or said they'd call me back with a quote and never did. I called here and got a quote for my lockout immediately! Great price too! They were here not even 15 mins later! If I could give more stars I would, these guys saved me!
This company literally SAVED me I called every towing place on the east side and this is the only place that helped and came FAST too! Definitely recommend would give 10 stars if I could.
The first AAA service call I made was unable to tow my car since it required specialized equipment to get it on the flatbed. One of the only companies that was able to help was Tyler at Royale Towing. Tyler immediately reached out and was more than willing to help. He even called me at midnight on Sunday to give me updates and insights. If that's not good customer service, then I don't know what is. He seems to also have great technical knowledge about cars. They got the car over safely to my local mechanic. Very friendly/polite, knowledgeable, and great communication. Couldn't have asked for better service.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! What an amazing company after my roadside assistance basically screwed me and had me on the side of I-75 for 2 hours I decided to give this company a try. Spoke to Sammy the dispatcher and he was great help he told me the tow truck would be arriving at my location in about 30 min and sure enough the tow truck arrived and I was greeted by a very kind gentleman by the name of Alex. He had my car hooked up and on the towing platform in no time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. GIVE THIS COMPANY A CALL YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. They refused to put my vehicle in neutral for the tow, didn't put my windows down to avoid them breaking and refused to leave my vehicle when I asked after watching them drag my truck up the tow ramp. They were called by my insurance for the pick up for a sensitive situation. The owner was who was onsight, very rude and disrespectful.
Very professional service. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided. The driver showed up on time and was very polite. Will call Royale for any upcoming issues!
Didn’t have a choice but to use this company through BMW roadside assistance. They confirmed they were coming and said their ETA was 40 minutes. 2 hours later they canceled with no communication.........
After waiting for hour an half on the sidewalk for this call, i got a text message saying that the tow truck was onsite and no one was there! I called right a way and said no was here and their response was sorry we don't know why happen but sorry about that! that's all...bunch of liars
