Damaged the underside of my newly painted front bumper and then proceeded to pull the car forward that caught the rear bumper and pulled a chunk off from it. They never give a real time frame. We called at 4 PM and didnt get there until 905 PM. The owner was extremely disrespectful and wouldn't answer my calls.
