I called for a 2020 Jeep Compass mirror. Brian provided professional service and provided me knowledge on what to specifically buy. Prices was reasonable and had my mirror shipped out to me within 2 days. I appreciate this place and will be doing business in the future with them.

Needed a part and this team knew more about my vehicle then a different establishment that was actually working on it and caught a big mistake from the other guys. I needed a rear differential for a 2019 equinox recently. I came across Schram on ebay. They had listed the part that I needed. Since I only live about an hour away I called to see if I could get a better price since they wouldn't have to include shipping. I spoke to a gentleman named Chris who not only gave me a super deal but located a part with very low mileage on it. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. These people were really nice! There was a miss communication on my behave because I really didn’t understand the part, because there was two different mirrors for the same vehicle, that I was ordering over the phone & ordered the wrong passenger’s side door mirror. They refunded me the price for the mirror, the shipping handling & kept the wrong part. That was super cool! Thank you guys and keep up the good work of servicing us with dignity!
What I liked:
The staff is very friendly and attentive while in person, they can show you what they have in their online portal and guide you to select the best, even arange delivery methods for your convenience
What I disliked:
They got one part mixed and came in a different color, they were supposed to get the correct part and instead they refunded me money
The pwrona who attends over txt msgs wasn't unfriendly but I they wouldn't respond or just respond one question and not the other, leaving you hanging with no input on your questions

I needed a tire for my car and I was referred to Schram Auto Parts who carry the exact brand I needed. The service is good and I was all set to pay for the tire within a couple of minutes. I was able to do this over the phone and I will pick it up at my convenience on Monday.

Been looking for these particular parts for a long time! Finally came across these guys and they stuck with me until we got her done! Fair price for the parts fair price for the shipping! Very satisfied with how everything took place. When the need arises again, I will be getting a hold of this operation.
Great business, but the policy that someone has to sign for the Fed Ex delivery really screwed me. No one was around for every delivery attempt and I was out of town the week Fed Ex held the part and then was returned before I could get to the Fed Ex place. I understand why Schram does this, but not making an exception screwed me.
I was looking online for a used , correct color, fender to repair my jeep , when found their site. I found exactly what I was looking for, at the right price and placed a call to verify they still had the fender . They were very helpful on the phone. I prepaid for the fender. The next day I drove to their Mason site to pick up the fender. I was amazed at how clean an organized the front office was! They gave me an invoice and sent me in the back area to collect the fender. That area was also well organized and the people were helpful. This is a well run business. It is not like the usual small town salvage yards I normally deal with. I will use their services again when needed.
Professional, efficient, overall a great experience. Vehicles can be confusing & expensive when trying to chase down parts. Sometimes even getting the correct information off your own vehicle can be difficult. Brian walked me through the steps and gave me a couple options to consider. He did a great job, and in spite of spending a chunk of $ it was an excellent value and better service vs a parts store. Will use again without hesitation!
I was lead to believe the part I needed was here in Michigan. It was not, it was in Illinois. The part did not arrive in Waterford when expected because somebody from where it was shipped forget to label it. If I had not called and inquired it may still be sitting in Illinois. The part was listed as undamaged when I purchased it. When I drove 1 3/4 hours to finally pick it up it had two distinct dents at the base of the door. If I had more time I would have demanded a refund and sought out my part from someone else.
The service from this company was excellent. Brian was very professional and took the order in no time. Delivery was very fast and enabled my husband to complete the brake repair. Thank you very much. We definitely will come back if we need more parts.
Very friendly, reasonable prices, they didn't have the part I needed in stock but went the extra mile and ordered it for me so I could stop my hunt. Great people have bought parts from them in the past and I will continue to do so. They even offered to ship to our shop. Schram is one of the best places to get quality used parts. Scott is especially helpful 10/10 highly recommend to anyone needing parts for their personal vehicle or a customers vehicle. You can't put a price on good service in this day and age yet you get good prices with phenomenal customer service.
