Provided excellent price and quality. Got what I needed shipped in a timely fashion. Highly recommended. Upgraded the struts on my 2024 Silverado RST with Trail Boss struts off a truck with only 10 miles which was important because the truck only had 800 miles on it and I didn’t want to swap with older parts. GM doesn’t offer the struts separately and if they did they would be $$$. Happy customer.

Schrams provided great customer service, Very organized business and their prices are great! I bought 4- wheels and 4- tires for my Cadillac LYRIQ. They are in like new condition and the price was awesome!

Good and fast on-line and in-person customer service. I found some parts online that they were selling as a pair but I only needed one. I emailed asking if they would be willing to split the pair and sell a single one, and they responded back within an hour or so with a lowered price if I just wanted to buy the one. I was in luck and the part was in their warehouse about an hour from where I live so I drove over there later in the day and was helped immediately and got the part for the price that was quoted, and the part was in good condition. Walking through the warehouse was incredible too, SOOOO MUCH inventory! I'll definitely keep Schram in mind and probably look there first for any future part needs.

Schramm Google review Well I already did a review, but it looks like it didn’t save, so I am going to do it again because I believe this company deserves the recognition and this review may just get them more business, which is not necessarily the goal of my review, but I’m sure any new customers will not be disappointed. I went to Schramms in search of a radio for my 2019 Chevy Malibu because the screen on the one already in the car is cracked, so the touchscreen doesn’t work, making it inoperable. When I entered their building, I went straight to the service desk area and immediately to the first guy that was readily available. He politely greeted me and asked what he could help me with, in which I told him about the radio. He told me that he would first need my vehicles Vin number to ensure that he looks up the right radio that will match with my car. I had to run out to my car to get the VIN, and he even supplied me with a pan and some paper for me to write it down. After searching for the radio on his computer, he confirmed he had two available in stock and both were only $75. He sent me to the back, where all the parts are stored, with a piece of paper with the part I’m looking for to give to one of the guys back there. As soon as I walked into the back, another employee immediately came to help me and went to find the radio and bring back to me. As I waited, a couple other employees came up to me asking if I had been helped yet. Once I got the radio, I was able to take it out to my car to plug in and make sure it will fit and that it works properly. Everything checked out, so I went back in to pay for it. The whole process was quick and smooth. Everybody in there was very helpful and friendly. If I am ever looking for a used car part again, they would be the first place I go to look. I just appreciate how helpful and nice everyone was and the fact that they had the cheapest price compared to all the other places I looked. There 39 day warranty was also an added benefit of going to them. I highly recommend going to them if you are looking for any used car parts. I’m not sure if they sell any new car parts, but it would be worth asking.

It couldn't have been better! Gary is THE BEST! I needed a used transmission for my Ford, he sourced the best one available so quickly -part itself was a great price, Gary explained the multiple very desirable warranty options at extremely fair prices to me, they offer free delivery to the local mechanic (not sure about full delivery policies didn't matter to me, Gary addressed my local needs expertly). Gary knows his stuff, not only is his knowledge and expertise incredible, it's matched at the stratospherIc level by his customer service, communications, availability, followup...everything from start to finish... he couldn't be or have done anything better! He surpassed any expectations I had by miles. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will always choose Schrams, specifically Gary, the next time I need parts - anytime, every time! Gary made a purchase that I initially dreaded because my anticipation was that it was going to be painfully expensive and pretty difficult to source - I couldn't have been more wrong! Gary made the experience I feared an absolute joy! If you have to order a transmission or any parts, do it with Schrams and call Gary!! I'm not going to be terrified ever again if something else breaks I'll just call my Parts God Gary at Schrams! Schrams management - Gary is amazing - he's a tremendous asset to your company, he made a helluva impression on me, as is obvious when you read my review! Reward this man, he made me a Schrams raving fan from the moment he answered the phone and said hello! He's THE BEST!! Thank you Schrams, moreso THANK YOU GARY!!!!
