Great business, but the policy that someone has to sign for the Fed Ex delivery really screwed me. No one was around for every delivery attempt and I was out of town the week Fed Ex held the part and then was returned before I could get to the Fed Ex place. I understand why Schram does this, but not making an exception screwed me.
