I backed out of my garage and broke my passenger side mirror. The dealership quoted me over $500 for a full replacement. I looked on online to try and find a used one to replace it myself. I found these guys and they had, by far, the best price for a replacement mirror. I called them on the phone, and if you’ve never called an auto parts place on the phone, waiting 10 minutes or less is a gift, be patient, it’s typically one person handling all the calls. When they got to my call, they verified the mirror was in stock, sent me an invoice, and arrived to my house in 72 hours. It arrived in excellent condition, and was packed very well for shipping. It is a perfect fit. I could not be happier with this whole transaction, if you need a part for your automobile, check with these guys first, I know I will in the future. Thank God for guys like these who run a legit business, there is still hope in the world.

Stopped by earlier today for a rear bumper for a 2019 Terrain, granted the drive there was about 2 hours. With 100 years of service the experience that was presented was embarrassing. The initial bumper had an unworldly amount of broken tabs, 5 in total. Ultimately that would not work so we decided to check if they had another one, they did. The second bumper had several scuffs, and the broken tabs made up for themselves decreasing to 1 broken tab. However, why would you have your customer drive 2 hours to you if you know your product is trash. Whoever is responsible with keeping inventory needs to learn how to do their job, respectfully. Also, “Sorry” won’t cut it as it does not make up for the drive there and the time wasted waiting for junk. Do not recommend them, unless they fix their inventory.
It's not easy to be a quality supplier of used automotive parts. I am confident that only the best can achieve the house success rate this business has. This is a real review from a real automotive repair shop who truly appreciates the consistent quality. I have probably bought from 25, maybe 30 different salvage yards over the years and this one is a five-star.

Quality barely used OEM parts, what more can I say… staff was friendly and had my items pulled waiting for me already, not my first time using Schrams, and likely won’t be the last! Bought a set of 60k mileage Goodyear tires from them that probably haven’t even seen 10,000 miles they look almost brand new, 2/4 even had most of the little nubbies on them, and at a price point closer to what I’d spend on 2 brand new tires to get 4 “LIKE NEW” for less than the cost of 2 brand new. Best purchase I’ve made for my vehicle in a while. Hard to go wrong with Schrams auto parts - you can tell they care, not just about the parts, but also about the customer.
Called Schram Auto from New York on the recommendation of a local Bronx auto salvage business that did not have the part I needed. Christian promptly picked up the phone and after a short pleasant Q&A he found the part in needed. Shipping fedex was reasonable and I’m expecting my part in 2 days. I called for a 2020 Jeep Compass mirror. Brian provided professional service and provided me knowledge on what to specifically buy. Prices was reasonable and had my mirror shipped out to me within 2 days. I appreciate this place and will be doing business in the future with them.

I needed a rear differential for a 2019 equinox recently. I came across Schram on ebay. They had listed the part that I needed. Since I only live about an hour away I called to see if I could get a better price since they wouldn't have to include shipping. These people were really nice! There was a miss communication on my behave because I really didn’t understand the part, because there was two different mirrors for the same vehicle, that I was ordering over the phone & ordered the wrong passenger’s side door mirror. They refunded me the price for the mirror, the shipping handling & kept the wrong part. That was super cool! Thank you guys and keep up the good work of servicing us with dignity!
What I liked: The staff is very friendly and attentive while in person, they can show you what they have in their online portal and guide you to select the best, even arange delivery methods for your convenience
What I disliked: They got one part mixed and came in a different color, they were supposed to get the correct part and instead they refunded me money The pwrona who attends over txt msgs wasn't unfriendly but I they wouldn't respond or just respond one question and not the other, leaving you hanging with no input on your questions
I needed a tire for my car and I was referred to Schram Auto Parts who carry the exact brand I needed. The service is good and I was all set to pay for the tire within a couple of minutes.
