Schramm Google review Well I already did a review, but it looks like it didn’t save, so I am going to do it again because I believe this company deserves the recognition and this review may just get them more business, which is not necessarily the goal of my review, but I’m sure any new customers will not be disappointed. I went to Schramms in search of a radio for my 2019 Chevy Malibu because the screen on the one already in the car is cracked, so the touchscreen doesn’t work, making it inoperable. When I entered their building, I went straight to the service desk area and immediately to the first guy that was readily available. He politely greeted me and asked what he could help me with, in which I told him about the radio. He told me that he would first need my vehicles Vin number to ensure that he looks up the right radio that will match with my car. I had to run out to my car to get the VIN, and he even supplied me with a pan and some paper for me to write it down. After searching for the radio on his computer, he confirmed he had two available in stock and both were only $75. He sent me to the back, where all the parts are stored, with a piece of paper with the part I’m looking for to give to one of the guys back there. As soon as I walked into the back, another employee immediately came to help me and went to find the radio and bring back to me. As I waited, a couple other employees came up to me asking if I had been helped yet. Once I got the radio, I was able to take it out to my car to plug in and make sure it will fit and that it works properly. Everything checked out, so I went back in to pay for it. The whole process was quick and smooth. Everybody in there was very helpful and friendly. If I am ever looking for a used car part again, they would be the first place I go to look. I just appreciate how helpful and nice everyone was and the fact that they had the cheapest price compared to all the other places I looked. There 39 day warranty was also an added benefit of going to them. I highly recommend going to them if you are looking for any used car parts. I’m not sure if they sell any new car parts, but it would be worth asking.
Schrams auto parts is the best place for parts. They have fast service and are always available to help. Olivia is the one I worked with and she was awesome. She was very swift and professional and I would definitely return just on the service alone. They have very fair pricing and again Olivia made the process very easy and smooth. Will definitely be returning for any future needs!
Really good guys. Chris got me a needed part, made sure it exactly what I need, sending a picture. The price was wonderful, and they ship all the parts to you! I really like them!
