Poor customer service skills. Calling to inquire about a part and instead of answering saying we’re closed or anything of that nature someone decides to pick up and hang up. TWICE. A 2 minute phone call wouldn’t have killed you to answer 10-15 minutes before close. I could’ve waited for the morning to get the part, I just needed to know if you had it.
I'd give this place a 0 star but it doesn't allow me too!!!! We drove from grand rapids all the way here to buy a prius and we didn't even make it home before the check engine light and water temperature light was on and the ac went out!! After taking it to a mechanic it had a blown head gasket that was going to cost us an extra $3000 to fix. We called the a-1 American back and they would only give us a percentage of the money back!!!!!! We didn't even drive this car 500 miles before it blew up!!!!! Will never buy anything from them ever again and neither should you!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst place to buy parts and deal with owner is not pro has no respect to costumer drove hour to get the parts spoke on the phone for the prices then when I went there he trying to charge me more. Don’t GET SCAM
