Had to wait a long time to get my Yamaha. In there. What he did lasted for about 2 weeks and told me to bring back in the spring and when spring came she told me rudely we don’t work on that bike. They don’t back their work
They were sure proud to let me know they could get my bike in, in July. OF NEXT YEAR. funny joke cycle supply. I will never come to you for business again.
I didn't go there in person but I called them. The woman that answered the phone was very unknowledgeable when it came to my motorcycle. She said they don't carry any European style motorcycles. I asked if I could speak with a manager or someone in charge and she said that he was unavailable. I asked if there was anyway I could leave a question for him and then she said "hold on let me go ask him" which means that he was not unavailable he was actually available and that's not good for business. She then told me of bikes for sale but couldn't tell me what kind and said that they where all being repaired. I just wanted to get a simple part for the slip streamers on my bike it was completely pointless and a waste of time for someone like me. Hopefully that changes soon.
May not have all the fancy bells and whistles on their shelves but the customer service matched with the determination in getting you what you want to walk out the door satisfied is far beyond acceptable.
I called there desperately seeking jets for a carb to fix a Christmas present for the kids. The owners had expert advice and great prices on the parts. Stopping today again for more parts. Support your local businesses because Amazon can't give you the support that people like this can.
On Friday I bought a 1981 Yamaha Yz 125 from here and the people were the nicest people I’ve ever been around! I would way recommend this place to any motorcycle rider for parts.
As with any cycle shop, your mileage may vary, but having worked behind a parts counter before I can tell you, the service you get is commensurate with the attitude you give the parts department. The types of things this shop can help you with aren't the kind you make a phone call for, go IN and talk to them. The knowledge of older bikes was awesome and the help was fantastic.
I love too stop in such friendly people very knowledgeable on any parts I need these people are awesome and Trump supporters got too love that support your local businesses can't go wrong with these guys
Very poor service!!!! I'm not going to go into detail about how this place had my snow mobile some years back and after two years at their shop they had done nothing to it and I had to pick it up still broken. I'm going to talk about their service more recently. I live in the same town as this place and the next bike shop is not close so it's convenient for me to try to deal with them when I need something however every time I've called them about anything they take my number and never call back. I've called them about brake parts given them my info and no call back. I've called them about some accessories I wanted to order for my bike and they took my info and never called me back. I called them about a tire I wanted to buy and they took my info and never called me back. I called them again to have them mount a tire for me and while their shop rate was consistent with other places they wanted to charge me fees since I bought the tire elsewhere (since they wouldn't return my calls). The lady that typically answers the phone here is rude and lacking in the basic knowledge to answer any questions. I have spoken with her and explained to her that I am a local and she has lost my business over and over again but she didn't care and was rude still. If this is what it's like just trying to get parts I'd hate to see what their service is actually like (referring to their bike service because I already know their snowmobile service is awful). To anyone who may want to go here for anything I'd advise against it. Based on my personal experience with shops around here this is the worst and you'd be much better going to north end cycle in Elkhart or m&m in Kalamazoo or paw paw cycle in paw paw. This place is an absolute joke.
Bill is very knowledgeable. I had him rebuild an extremely abused 1986 Honda 200x ATC. Bill is one of few I would be comfortable turning wrenches on my older machine. He went above and beyond the rebuild I expected, and I was pretty much handed back an all but new 1986 Honda motor.
