This place has helped me a fue time's when i couldn't figure out what was going on with my car. I can say they have dune me right fs. And if they couldn't figure it out. No charged me. Witch i don't feel like is fair to them.
This is where I take both our vehicles for service work. The do excellent work and their prices are fair.
They never go over their quoted prices, in fact they
are usually under their quoted prices. Their turn around on their work is very good. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for repair work.
I do not recommend this place. I saw many reviews about integrity, I don't think so. Spent $784 for brakes and wheel bearing. Drove 350 miles and brakes sezied and burnt. Cost me $535 to have them redone. Penny auto claims this can happen and will not give me any compensation. Not happy and recommend using someone else.
Dropped my truck off for what I thought was bad u joints. Turned out to be my calipers. Penny's Automotive replaced the bad parts, and I had my truck back the same day. Priced fairly, good service, honest and direct. Would recommend Penny's for your mechanical needs.
You would think with all of the good reviews that you could trust this place but unfortunately that was a big mistake on my end.
side note they leave your keys in your car with it unlocked. Just in case you have valuables keep that in mind. Insurance won’t cover that but a lawsuit will.

What a relief it was to find a reliable auto repair shop. Was able to get my car in the next day, and get it taken care of before noon. Some of the lowest prices around. Absolutely wonderful customer service! I will definitely use them from now on.

They say complete automotive work yea right unless it under warranty. They will not touch it. So that tells me that they are a joke. Spent to much time and money just for them to say we don't do motor. Then instead of complete automotive we do some automotive. If you don't do warranty work then come out and say it.
Great work, fair prices and (most importantly) honest answers. They've talked me out of having work done by explaining why it was unnecessary and costly. This is the only place in the area that I'll take my vehicles.
I have had my pickup and my wife's van in for service on a handful of occasions. Every time I have been given an appointment date within a week of calling. Dropped off vehicle the night before and by noon the next day I have gotten a call that repair is complete and almost always the total has been LESS than what was quoted. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I have never had a negative experience with this facility. Great mechanics who are efficient and knowledgeable, excellent pricing. They stand behind their work 100 percent. Would not trust anyone else in the area with my vehicle.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Had an SUV with a power steering issue. Had been quoted over $2000 by another mechanic in Kalamazoo. As we only bought the car for $3500 and were on a budget decided to give the guys at penny automotive a call! They were extremely honest and gave us a run down of the things that needed attention straight away and things that could wait. Most honest, friendly mechanics we have ever encountered! Will definitely be buying the guys a beer next time we pass through Three Rivers! Legends!
My experience with Penny looked shaky for a while, but it ended well. I was having problems with the steering column on my truck, and Penny thought that replacing it with a used column would correct the issues. Unfortunately, the one they got from the parts yard was in worse shape than the original, and they ended up replacing most of the components anyway. To their credit, they honored their original quote even with the new parts. However it wasn’t long before the old problems returned, and I returned the truck to Penny to make it right (twice). I finally picked it up tonight and the invoice included five new parts and a bunch of labor… all NO CHARGE! Penny showed a lot of class on this job; I don’t see how they could’ve made a dime on it. Even though it took a long time to get the truck fixed correctly (knock on wood), I would recommend Penny because of their integrity and customer service.
Every time I have been to Penny's, they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. They are so affordable, especially considering the excellent work they provide. Also, thank you, Penny's, for replacing my air/heat knobs. I was pleasantly surprised a couple days after picking my car up when I noticed I had both of them back! So awesome of you guys to do that for me!
Excellent family owned garage for auto maintenance and repairs. Friendly owner, top notch service and good prices. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Three Rivers area who needs car repairs or service.
