Everyone is always so kind and professional. They explain any issues found and give a printout of the details. They work with my schedule and always get me in and out in his time. That's why I drive 30 minutes and past other places to get my car serviced at Vetter's!

Prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. I had a question whether something requested was done because it was not listed, and the counter man promptly and kindly checked to verify that it was.
Scott was really amazing to work with. Once we told him what I was looking for, he called with a great find. Low mileage in the price range I wanted. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to talk me into anything I couldn't afford. Highly recommend Vetter-McGill and especially Scott as your salesman!
I cannot explain how appreciative and blown away with the experience I had with them fixing my vechicle. I thought the experience was going to be stressful and costly but they found that our car could be fixed under warranty and I could not be happier. Everyone was so nice and polite. I've been buying vehicles from Brad and Ryan over the last 20 years or so. This was the first time working with Chad, and he was equally as helpful, even when he was home sick, he was helping.
The Service Manager Kevin Smith really took care of me here at Vetter McGill Chevrolet. I went to another dealership and they said the work needed on my 2021 Truck was not covered under my warranty, and that if I wanted to upgrade my brake (squeaky) that it would be over $900. After having to Uber back & forth to work for 3 days and paying the $70 charge for checking my brakes I was pretty disappointed. Well Kevin went to bat for me and was able to put on the new brakes under warranty and even got my $70 reimbursed. I was amazed and really appreciated the time and concern Kevin put into doing this even though he received no gain. Peyton the mechanic did a great job working on my truck , he was attentive and timely. Would definitely recommend this dealership!! Everyone was great!!! Thank U guys.
Ryan and his staff did all of the difficult work to make this transaction extremely easy for me. I also made some errors with our transaction, but they were very patient and worked out the details. What a great experience - I highly recommend them!
Service appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. Service personnel listened to my concerns and checked them out. Oil change was done in less than 40 minutes, and the service advisor explained the computer codes they found and what was done to reset them. I'm very satisfied with the Vetter McGill dealership.
Scheduled to get floor mats installed with the Service Dept. When I arrived, I noticed i had been notified of a recall the day before and asked them to look at it if there was time. They very kindly did the installation and found another recall that I wasn’t aware of and took care of it all during my visit and quicker than they expected. Always friendly service and very kind.

Ordered touch-up paint for my truck. Asked about using rewards for the payment. I was told to make sure I used a voucher for parts and not service. I really appreciated the information. Actually didn't take too long at the dealership, and I was on my way. I will add, that I was impressed by how clean the place was.
First time using this location and was impressed by how friendly the entire staff was. I had come in for a service on a newer vehicle and the service department was clean and well staffed. Minimum wait to speak to someone and fast and friendly service. Will definitely be continuing to use this dealership.
bought my car from here excellent people. i love my car as well had it for a year and some months so far no issues! the mechanics are friendly and go over your car inspections with you so you understand. don’t hesitate walk on in!
