Super helpful when I needed to find out why my check engine light came on.

Did an online order for a new battery, and it was ready for pickup when I arrived. The adjustment for the core return was also quick and painless, and the employees were friendly and efficient.

I worked with Heather today to fix a problem that was caused by a different store inthe region . Not only did she fix the problem, she helped accommodate my situation and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. The three rivers location will be my go to for tools and parts for the foreseeable future. 10/10 would highly recommend!

This advanced auto is pretty decent the gentlemen at the service counter seem to know their stuff and they are always nice ppl and willing to help.

I've used Advance since they opened their doors here in Three Rivers. They have always honored the warranty on parts and tools. They have always provided free advice on how to work on my vehicles. They even offer free use of some of the tools sold there!

I guess it's hard to keep a part for each vehicle in stock. I love that you order it and it will be there the next day at 8-9 AM. I really appreciate that.

Went in here to ask about a windshield washer fluid elbow bracket and the response the employee gave me was "if we have it it'll he by the windshield wipers." Every other auto part store I went to the employee actually left from behind the counter to assist me in finding what I need but not here.

AAP are consistent amongst all locations. Clean stores, lots of stock and variety of products. My windshield wiper flew off my vehicle while going down the highway. This store was conveniently located right on the highway and I was able to stop and purchase an in stock wiper blade to fit, at a good price.

I was a little frustrated that the sales person didn't offer any advice on what was best for my needs. I basically had to guess, I hope they last.

I would not go in there if you are afraid of getting Covid-19. When I went in there none of the employees and 1/2 the customers were not wearing masks. When I mentioned this to the man taking my money he said that they are ineffective and his customers appreciate the fact that they do not have to wear masks.

Bought a new battery for my truck. Bought it online and picked it up an hour later. Great service, best price.

Ordered items online to pick up, get home and the oil filter that was part of the bundled deal was replaced with one that cost $5.00 less, and it shows the more expensive one was in stock and no one said anything about substituting. Second time this has happened. My time to run all the way into town and the gas burned far exceeds the $5 to go in and exchange it, people just need to pay attention and do their job correctly

I called and gave my vehicle info I told him I'm working on a 97 S10 2.2 manual 2wd.. and he confirmed the engine size and after that asked me if it was front or rear drive....????? I said have a nice day and ended call.. The employees need to know more about what they work with on a daily.... AUTO PARTS.. They lost all chances of my business due to their lack of knowledge..

My go to for any car parts. Great people to work with. Have never put me down for any thing I’ve asked. Have always helped put on wiper blades and any part I’ve needed. Art Turner is the best. He knows his stuff about parts and will go out of his way to help you. He always has me.

I used to shun the big box part stores. Since I quit going to Napa cause there pricing is stupid rediculus. I found AAP is better as long as you know more about the parts you need then who's behind the counter LOL

Good service but don't ask to many questions because if it's not on there computer screen they don't know

Was looking for a battery and they didn't have it up front, so they invited me to the stock room to take a look for one with them. When we found it, the guy was super helpful with everything including providing a cart to wheel the battery and some other stuff out to my car with. A++ service.

Got in and out quick and easy. Employee made sure I had everything I needed. Got a rebate on my spark plugs was shown how to fill out rebate online

Good place to get parts. Their "Lifetime Limited Warranty" keeps me coming back. The counter people are pleasant and easy to deal with.

As long as Nolan helps you, you get good service, if Nolan isn't there you might as well walk out the door and go somewhere else

The only place I prefer to get my parts. If you can help it get helped by Nolan. Good prices and products. But like all Auto parts stores it's up to you too make sure you have the right part in hand.
